Four people were killed, including 3 children, at a child’s birthday party in Stockton, California on November 29.
According to reports, the birthday party was held for aspiring rapper NANO’s 2-year-old daughter at a banquet hall on the 1900 block of Lucile Avenue in Stockton.

Witnesses say gunmen sprayed the banquet hall with bullets. A total of 15 people were shot. Police marked bullet holes in a roll up door and shell casings outside the banquet hall.
Neighbors said they heard gunfire from a fully automatic weapon and a handgun before the area was flooded with police cars.
Stockton Mayor Christina Fugazi said the shooting was gang-related, “domestic terrorism.”
“Let’s call it what it is. This is domestic terrorism. This is gang violence, and it has to stop in our city,” Fugazi told Fox40 News.
She said the Trump administration called her on Sunday morning offering federal assistance. Fugazi asked the US Attorney’s Office to help find the gunmen, who are still at large.
The deceased victims were ages 8, 9, 14 and 21. “They should be writing their Christmas lists right now. Their parents should be out shopping for them for Christmas. And to think that their lives are over. I can’t even begin to imagine what these families are going through. Breaks my heart,” Fugazi said.
The injured range in age from 9 to 22. The 9-year-old is listed in stable condition. The status of the others is unknown.
The 8-year-old deceased victim was a student at a local school and her parent worked for the Stockton Unified School District, authorities said.

Police said the shooting was a “targeted” act. The intended target was NANO’s cousin, a Filipino rapper named MBNel, born Jhonel Dongon (pictured).
“This is a very active and ongoing investigation, and information remains limited,” said Heather Brent, a spokesperson for the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office. “Early indications suggest this may be a targeted incident, and investigators are exploring all possibilities.”
About 150 residents and community leaders gathered to pray for the victims on Sunday morning.
San Joaquin County District Attorney Ron Freitas has urged anyone with information to contact authorities immediately.
A $25,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the capture of the perpetrators.
