“Panda” rapper Desiigner was arrested in South Carolina on third-degree domestic violence charges. The rapper, real name Sidney Selby III, was taken into custody by Horry County deputies on Monday, March 23.
He was released on $1,500 bail on Tuesday.
Investigators did not identify the alleged victim, who is the mother of his child.

In the police report, obtained by TMZ, the alleged victim told deputies things got out of hand when Desiigner, 28, returned home on March 2.
She said he came in the house angry, yelling, and tossing car keys before the situation turned violent. She told police when she tried to leave to retrieve luggage he left at the airport, Desiigner ripped the keys from her, tearing her sweatpants.
Desiigner has been on the comeback trail after his breakout hit “Panda” in 2016. But mental issues derailed his rap career.
In April 2023, he was detained by the FBI in Minneapolis, Minnesota, after exposing himself on an international flight from Japan.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, he was charged with one count of indecent exposure.

The documents stated he pleasured himself in first class in front of flight attendants who told him multiple times to stop.
He was taken to the back of the plane, where he was monitored by 2 of his friends. The FBI affidavit says a jar of Vaseline dropped into the aisle when he got up.
Desiigner allegedly told FBI agents that he “didn’t really get much cootie” while in Japan.
In a statement, Desiigner said he had been suffering from mental health problems for months and he was hospitalized in Asia.
According to VladTV, sources claim Desiigner’s mental issues are due to a chemical imbalance in his brain caused by prescription medication.
In 2018, Desiigner was caught on video exposing himself twice during a traffic dispute with another driver. According to TMZ, he told other driver to “suck my d—” after the driver called Desiigner a homophobic slur.
