Chicago police say they identified the triggerman in the execution-style
murder of a 9-year-old Chicago boy last November after the suspect
bragged about the shooting while in jail.
The killing on Chicago’s South Side was in retaliation against
Tyshawn’s father, according to police. Boone-Doty was arrested on
unrelated gun charges later that month.
Fox News learned Boone-Doty also was surveilling the grandmother of Tyshawn Lee and potentially had plans to kill her. Police say the suspect initially planned on torturing the 9-year-old boy by cutting off his ears and fingers.
Investigators were able to tie Boone-Doty to the shooting when police say an inmate informant in the Cook County Jail told authorities the suspect boasted about shooting Tyshawn Lee. Detectives obtained court authorization for the informant to wear a wire, which captured Boone-Doty linking himself to Tyshawn’s death as well as an October slaying of 19-year-old Brianna Jenkins.
The jail informant also told police that the suspect planned on writing a rap song about the brutal murder.
Police say Corey Morgan, 27, also was charged with
Tyshawn’s murder. There is a warrant for the arrest of a third suspect,
Kevin Edwards, 22, in relation to the killing.
Initially, police say Tyshawn’s father did not cooperate, as part of a gang code of silence. However, investigators now say he is speaking to them.
Tyshawn was shot in the head and grazed in the back, right forearm and right hand, according to an autopsy report reviewed by the Chicago Sun-Times.

A financial executive pleaded not guilty Tuesday to charges he killed
his pediatrician wife by stabbing her 22 times while she was taking a
shower at their multimillion-dollar suburban New York City home.
Julius Reich, a 62-year-old partner in a financial services company, was arraigned on a second-degree murder indictment in the Jan. 20 slaying of his wife, Dr. Robin Goldman, in their Scarsdale home.
“In what can only be described as an ambush,” Goldman was stabbed 22 times with an 8-inch kitchen knife, said Acting District Attorney James A. McCarty.
Police got a 911 call of a woman seriously injured at
the five-bedroom, four-bathroom property, which sits on 1.29 acres.
Goldman suffered a punctured lung, heart, diaphragm, liver and kidney.
The two were divorcing but still lived together. In court Tuesday, Reich signed orders of protection barring him from contacting the couple’s three grown children, the prosecutor’s office said.
Goldman, 58, was affiliated with the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx and was a faculty member at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
“Family, community and religion were the pillars you instilled in us,” daughter Alyssa said in her eulogy.
Reich’s attorney, John Pappalardo, called Goldman’s death “a tragedy for everybody involved.”
It was the first homicide in Scarsdale in nearly four decades.
The last killing was in 1977, when Yale University
senior Bonnie Garland was bludgeoned to death in her home. Her
ex-boyfriend, Yale graduate Richard Herrin, was convicted of
manslaughter.
Reich’s next court appearance will be April 5.

Good morning roses, a few months back I wrote that my father was diagnosed with bile duct cancer or choliangiocarcinoma and after a 2 year fight succumbed to his illness on 3.5.16 @11:04am. I was his caretaker for the last 3 weeks of his life with some alternating family members by my side but I was his constant. I went from being his daughter to his mommy because my poor daddy’s mind turned him childlike and not at all the formidable strong hero I grew up knowing. My heart is broken in a trillion pieces and I cannot get over the pain I’m to be back to work today and I can’t even think about anything or anyone except my daddy. I can’t cope but if I have anymore time alone I cannot do anything but think of him. His scent, his overly enunciated words because his loss of motor skills, his warm touch, his overly politeness because he once again a small child. I miss my daddy so much I was always so close with him. How do I go on? He was such a wonderful man. I don’t understand so many things either. His girlfriend who did nothing but let him fall about 3 different times on his face and shut herself off in her room is getting a life insurance policy when we did not file for one. We were striving for his surviving not betting on his death. She is from what i can tell a black widow, my dad is her second SO who’s expired while in a relationship with her both men healthy as horses when they first meet her, the first dying from a heart attack at 50, then my beautiful strong 20 years younger face and physique than his 70 years succumbing to a rare cancer that started with liver failure and my dad never drank very infrequently socially and he’d just quit smoking 10 years prior. He was very into fitness, living a long life for us and my five year old half brother. Although my father is cremated I will find out if this money hungry trick did something to him because within 1 wks time my fathers condition deterioration was accelerated to the end stage which I find highly unbelievable. I’d just seen him on FaceTime few days before and he was strong. I’d just visited him that previous week and he was still fighting he said he got the will to go on.. I will get his cremains tested and if she did something this hoe will pay dearly even if she overdosed him on his own meds I will be able to know if those levels were normal for a cancer patient especially one who was adamant about not feeling pain except towards the end so he didn’t want to take any for the major part of his illness. They (the girlfriends brother and the girlfriend) got this weird connection with their pastor and it just looks like a scam to me that they are all apart of. Like she’s their net they use to catch a man, then they cook up a murder scheme to take profit in life insurance. Only God knows. But I can’t put my finger on it. Something is not right about this picture. If only a private eye any private eye can help me track down the first SO’s daughter she must be in her 20’s by now and I can find out what truly happened to her father. I just need to know if there was a policy out for him as well by law this black widow isn’t even legally married to any of these demised men. Someone please help me investigate this!! I just did a background check on the chick and there are 4 men’s name associated with her in a course of 8 years as well as aliases why anyone would need an alias I have no clue. 2 of whom I know definitely are deceased, please God punish this wicked pos!
