Katt Williams is being detained in the Hall County jail for violating the conditions of his previous bond, the AJC.com reports.
Williams, 42, was arrested and booked into Hall County jail on Tuesday on multiple felony charges stemming from an assault on one of his bodyguards.
The troubled comedian appeared before a judge on Wednesday at a bond hearing. He was granted a $60,000 bond and his attorney offered to turn over his passport to the court while he’s out on bond.
But Williams was ordered held on an additional charge of violating the conditions of his previous bond stemming from his Feb. 29 arrest on assaulting a pool store employee.
Hall County sheriff’s spokeswoman Nicole Bailes told the AJC Williams is being detained for violating a judge’s orders forbidding him from possessing weapons, drugs or alcohol of any kind.
Police found seven guns and marijuana while executing a search warrant on his home on Tuesday.
“Williams will have to see a judge before being released,” Bailes told the AJC. “That date is not known at this time.”
Bodyguard Corey Dixon told police he refused to commit a crime in Atlanta under Williams’ orders on Feb. 29 — the same day Williams was accused of robbing 5 women of their shoes and cell phones.
Dixon said he was taken back to Williams’ home in the gated Harbor Point subdivision in Gainesville and beaten senseless.
Williams reportedly ordered a female accomplice, Tatiana Smith, 24, to beat Dixon with a baseball bat, choke him and shave his head. Smith was arrested Tuesday along with her mother, Lena Smith, 40. Both were being held without bond.
Dixon was hospitalized for one day with internal and external injuries.
