Bill Cosby has been ordered to stand trial on sex assault charges, CNN reports. A Norristown, PA judge denied Cosby’s request to throw out the assault case brought by Andrea Constand, a former coach at his alma mater, Temple University.
At a pretrial hearing on Tuesday, the judge said there was enough evidence to go forward with the case.
Cosby faces three felony counts of indecent assault stemming from a 2004 case involving Constand.
Cosby has also been accused of inappropriate sexual conduct with more than 50 other women spanning 4 decades.
The legendary comedian and actor faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
Good luck finding a jury to convict him.
