Donald Trump, Jr. struck a nerve when he implied that some women are too overly sensitive or emotional for the workplace.
The Donald’s oldest son made the statements in an old 2013 radio interview uncovered by the busybodies over at Buzzfeed.com.
Donald, Jr. was responding to a question about the high number of sexual harassment cases on the court dockets.
“If you can’t handle some of the basic stuff that’s become a problem in the workforce today, then you don’t belong in the workforce,” Donald Jr. told The Opie and Anthony Show.
The 38-year-old businessman suggested that overly sensitive females who can’t take a joke should maybe work in an environment that is more suitable for their temperament, such as homemaking or teaching school.
“You should go maybe teach kindergarten,” he said. “You can’t be negotiating billion-dollar deals if you can’t handle, like, you know.”
