NBA star Matt Barnes finally got a chance to see his 8-year-old twin boys, Isaiah and Carter. His ex, Gloria Govan is a typical bitter, vengeful, vindictive woman who kept her sons from seeing their father.
5 days ago, Barnes wrote in an Instagram.com post: “It’s been nearly a month since I’ve been allowed to see you guys.. love & miss you guys to death, hope to see you soon!! Daddy loves you”.
He posted the top pic on Sunday when he finally saw his sons after being apart from them for a month.
Fortunately, Barnes is around his sons consistently during their formative years (from birth to age 7). So they should be alright as far as sexual identity and personality goes.

They were 2 and 4……He paid child support from day 1, $600.00 a month for 19 years, and back when we first got together we were broke! They lived in another state so we saw a lawyer to see about visitation, it was $5,000 up front to start. We did not have that. Unfortunately she was not the type of mother that said “As the father you need to see the kids”. So she kept them from us, every time we got her number she would change it. I wrote many letters to the case worker asking for some type of mediation and never got a response. I was young and never thought about reporting her. to make a long story short, when we finally had the $ for a lawyer, the kids did not want to see their dad as they had no idea the efforts he made to see them in the past. Anyhow, she had another child and let the father keep her…..we also found out that the oldest was mostly raised by the grandmother , only because the grandmother tried to get back pay from us, and we were like wth????? So she never gave the first child her portion of child support. Some woman don’t give 2 shyts about their kids feelings.
