Comedienne Wanda Sykes was booed off the stage at the TD Garden in Boston after she gave the crowd the middle finger on Saturday.
Sykes, 52, is among the Hollywood gay elite who threw tantrums when Donald Trump defeated their candidate Hillary Clinton in the Nov. 8 elections.
The comedienne wasn’t the only comic who was booed during the 22nd annual Comics Come Home fundraising event to benefit The Cam Neely Foundation for Cancer Care.
Sykes started going in on President-elect Trump within a minute after she walked out on the stage.
“I can’t believe we elected an orangutan to run the country,” she said.
“I am certain this is not the first time we’ve elected a racist, sexist, homophobic president,” she said, as the crowd began booing.
According to the Boston Herald, the crowd reacted more harshly to Sykes than they did to other comics who dissed the president-elect that night.
Sykes stayed on stage to finish her set, but the crowd booed her for 5 long minutes.
“F_ck you motherf_ckers! F_ck all y’all. F_ck you, f_ck you, f_ck you,” the frustrated comedienne said.
She added: “The evidence is there, the evidence is there. How could you say he’s not racist?” she implored, as the booing continued.
She gave the crowd the middle finger as they booed her off the stage.
A woman rushed out from the backstage area and hugged and kissed Sykes while throwing up the peace sign, according to the Herald.
The crowd cheered wildly as they both left the stage together.
Before he introduced the next comic, Worcester native Denis Leary scolded the audience for booing Sykes.
He said she flew all the way from L.A. for the benefit and she deserved their respect.
Clinton won the Democratic stronghold of Massachusetts on Nov. 8.
Maybe Sykes, who lives in California, assumed she was in friendly territory?
