Blac Chyna‘s lawyer is considering taking legal action against her baby daddy, Rob Kardashian, over his social media posts about her that may violate California’s “revenge p0rn” laws.
The drama unfolded on Instagram.com on Wednesday, when Kardashian flew into a rage and fired off a series of angry posts about Chyna cheating on him with her current boyfriend.
The posts included now-deleted images of the former stripper in various stages of undress.
Kardashian also alleged that Chyna had an alcohol and drug addiction problem, and he said she had butt implants surgery after giving birth to daughter Dream.
When Kardashian’s Instagram was shut down, he moved over to Twitter.com, where he continued his tirade.

For some reason, rapper T.I. added his two cents, as if his laundry is always clean.
Rob clapped back with some tea about T.I. and his wife, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, sharing their bed with a young Chyna back in the day.
Rob added that T.I. paid Chyna to sleep with his wife.
It was all too much for Chyna, who asked her attorney to look into to Rob’s comments, which may violate California’s “revenge p0rn” laws, according to WENN.com.
It is illegal “to post explicit photos of someone in order to exact revenge or cause distress”.
Chyna’s attorney, Walter Mosley, said in a statement to People.com: “I am exploring all legal remedies and protections available to my client at this time in attempts to best advise her on how she may want to proceed.”
