Blac Chyna has not called the cops a few days after her staged sex tape leaked online. The 29-year-old former stripper vowed to call the police and pursue legal action against the person or persons who leaked the blurry video of her engaging in sex acts with ex-boyfriend Mechie.
Her lawyer says she has not called the police to investigate the leak even though the video is still available to view online.
Her 15 minutes of fame is running out, so she has to do something to stay relevant.
via Page Six — Chyna’s attorney Walter Mosley told Page Six on Tuesday that because it’s a “high-profile case,” they had to schedule an appointment with an LAPD detective from the “proper unit” in order to file a report.
Page Six has learned that her appointment would be with the robbery-homicide unit, as that’s the division that deals with sexual assaults.
“There are a lot of different agencies that are involved in this and it’s a high-profile matter, too,” Mosley said of the delay. “It will be done this week.”
As 29-year-old Chyna’s other attorney Lisa Bloom told Page Six on Monday, “Revenge porn — posting explicit images without the consent of everyone in those images — is a crime, a civil wrong and a form of domestic abuse.”
