Rapper Young Thug is trying to unload the Buckhead mansion he initially rented for $15,000 a month. According to published reports, the rapper listed the Roxboro Road mansion for just under $3 million 10 days ago.
The 7 bedroom, 11 bath gated mansion boasts an indoor swimming pool, a solarium, home theater, and a master bathroom with a shower big enough to hold 6 people.
If you recall, Thugger was not happy when a beloved blogger announced he was renting the home for $15,000 a month back in 2016.
The rapper took to social media to embarrass and humiliate the blogger (see video below).
He was upset because he had bragged on Instagram.com that he’d just purchased his first home.
Thug, whose real name is Jeffery Lamar Williams, was sued by the real estate broker when he stopped making the monthly rental payments on the house in 2017.
He countersued the real estate broker, claiming he withheld the rent because the home had structural flaws, water leaks, mold, and was badly in need of repairs.
Thug eventually dropped his countersuit and made a balloon payment of $1.5 million payment to pay off the house.
Thug was released from jail last week for violating the terms of his bond. He reportedly moved to a high rise condo in Buckhead that offers better security.
Sources say Thugger is eager to unload the house that attracted a lot of attention on busy Roxboro Road in Buckhead Heights, near Phipps and Lenox Shopping Malls.
