LeBron James is speaking out about the NCAA’s new rule, which LeBron believes unfairly targets him and his close friend and agent Rich Paul, pictured right. The new NCAA policy has been dubbed the “Rich Paul Rule”, even though it doesn’t mention him at all.

The new NCAA policy prohibits agents who dropped out of college – such as Rich Paul – from signing college athletes to his sports agency. Under the new requirements Paul can’t approach or even speak to a NCAA athlete who is heading to the NBA or NFL. The super agent is pictured right with his No. 1 client and Savannah James.

According to the new policy, agents who sign college sports stars to their sports agencies must have a bachelor’s degree, among other stringent requirements. Rich Paul does not have a college degree, nor does he meet the other NCAA requirements for sports agents.

LeBron (and others) called the new rules “racist” and discriminatory against his friend – and himself in particular.

On his Fox Sports radio show, Doug Gottlieb said the so-called “Rich Paul Rule” has nothing to do with LeBron or Rich Paul. Gottlieb, who is not a licensed therapist, claims this latest tantrum is just more proof that LeBron suffers from narcissistic personality disorder (NPD). Watch the video below.
