Georgia’s governor lifted restrictions so Georgians are free to move about the state without face masks. But residents in other states are not so lucky.
Instagram users were outraged when they saw photos of reality TV personalities Tameka “Tiny” Harris, Antonia “Toya” Johnson and Rasheeda attending Kandi Burruss‘ 44th “Mask Off” birthday bash without face masks on in southwest Atlanta.
Toya posted photos from the gathering which she captioned: “I stepped outside today for a quick second to show the birthday girl some love….. Happy Birthday @kandi…”
One irate Instagram user wrote:
“Didn’t None Of Yall Have On Masks And We Wonder Why The Cases Are Rising Still Especially In Atlanta Smh,’ and someone else praised Rasheeda’s looks: Man I know Rasheeda was hot… especially with that hoodie on. I would have been sweating bullets.”
In fact, Georgia’s coronavirus cases have gone down since Gov. Brian Kemp lifted the restrictions.
Meanwhile, Kandi shared a photo of her family after the event. “I haven’t been going out either! I was so happy to see y’all. FRFR!… Thank you.”
We love, LOVE the picture of Kandi’s daughter, Riley, rocking her natural hair in an afro after wearing hair weave all her life!
