Chadwick Boseman‘s widow, Simone Ledward, field a probate case to be named administrator over his estate.
The ‘Black Panther’ star died in August following a long battle with colon cancer.
Ledward filed a probate case in Los Angeles County Thursday, which shows Boseman’s estate is valued at $938,500.
According to the court filing obtained by PEOPLE, Boseman died “intestate,” meaning he did not leave a will.
Boseman’s parents, Leroy and Carolyn Boseman, are also listed on the petition.
Boseman and Ledward got engaged in October 2019, and made their final public appearance as a couple in February at the 2020 NBA All-Star Game in Chicago.
An unfounded rumor claimed Ledward was pregnant with Boseman’s baby.
