Last month, “Basketball Wives LA” cast member Brittish Williams pleaded with a judge to delay the date she has to surrender to prison so she can spend Christmas with her 5-year-old daughter named Dash.
According to documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, a federal judge gave Williams extra time before she has to surrender to prison officials to start her 4-year sentence for bank and wire fraud.

Williams pled guilty to 15 federal charges, including bank fraud, insurance fraud, misuse of social security numbers, misuse of pandemic funds and falsifying documents to the IRS.
Williams continued to commit fraud after she was indicted by federal prosecutors in September 2021.
Prosecutors say she collected pandemic-related rent relief and submitted bogus medical bills to an insurance company, according to River Front Times.
Williams, who turns 34 on Dec. 28, is appealing her four-year prison sentence in Club Fed.
She was scheduled to turn herself in on December 11, 2023, but her attorney asked the judge to delay her check-in until January 2024.
In a new motion, Williams claims she is the “sole caregiver” for her minor daughter. She said she needed time to help the child deal with the “upcoming transition” of her going away to prison.
Williams’s mother will be caring for her daughter while she’s in prison. She told the court she needed to find a suitable home for them live in.
In addition to her prison sentence, Williams was ordered to pay $564,000 in restitution.
