Undocumented immigrants who entered this country illegally will soon be eligible for interest-free mortgage loans with no money down and no monthly payments.
A new California bill could provide homeownership opportunities for undocumented illegals.
The new bill expands the California Dream For All loan program to include undocumented immigrants. The California Dream For All loan program is available to first-time home buyers.
The program offers interest-free loans with no monthly payments. The loan will be paid back when the home is sold. The bank will also receive 20% of the home’s value when it is sold.
This year, the program will operate via a lottery system. Applicants are required to be first-time home buyers.
Priority will be given to illegal immigrants without social security numbers.
President Biden referred to illegal immigrants as “Newcomers” when he traveled to the southern border in Texas on Thursday.
