D4vd’s manager, Josh Marshall, denied receiving an email from Celeste Rivas’ family advising him she was a missing child.

According to reports, Celeste’s family emailed Marshall in 2024 and advised him that she was only 13 years old and she was missing.

Celeste, who was living with D4vd, allegedly returned home 24 hours later. But she ran away from home again.

On Sept. 8, Celeste’s decomposed body was found in the trunk of an impounded Tesla registered to D4vd. The Tesla was abandoned near his rental home in August.

The car was ticketed 11 days before being towed to a Hollywood police impound lot on Sept. 5.

The “Romantic Homicide” singer embarked on a 25-date North American tour on July 30 in San Francisco, CA.

After the FBI raided D4vd’s rental house on Sept. 17, Marshall contacted the owner to break the lease.

Media outlets and bloggers described Marshall as the singer’s “roommate.”

Marshall denies receiving an email from Celeste’s family.

In response to an influencer on TikTok, Marshall wrote, “This video is false and the person is misinformed. This is the only time I’ll speak on this matter, FOR NOW, This has been a tough time for my family as I am a father of 3 children. I received no emails and I’m no one’s roommate.”

He continued: “I live full time at home with my wife and kids. My daughter is 14 and this news is affecting so many lives. I never received any emails. I had zero knowledge of anything and I don’t live in California.”

Marshall distanced himself further from D4vd, saying he works remotely from home 95% of the time, and there are many others who work with the singer on a daily basis.

So far, no one has been charged in the murder case.
