Megan Thee Stallion cleared the air when rumors spread that she gifted $50,000 to her “baby,” Klay Thompson.

The three-time Grammy winner posted a montage reel that showed Klay eating breakfast and cuddling with her French Bulldog named 4oe on Instagram.

Toward the end of the video clip, Megan is seen holding a stack of $50,000 cash.

Some blogs said Megan gave Klay expensive gifts and $50,000 in pocket money.

In response to Worldstar.com’s post on TikTok, Megan said she didn’t give Klay money. She said he gave her “a lil sum to go have fun” with her friends.

The incident shows how quickly misinformation can spread via social media.

Klay keeps his love life very private. But Megan spends a lot of time documenting their relationship on social media.

Klay and Megan have already surpassed the 6-week timeframe that Shaq said their relationship would be over.

During a recent press conference, Klay made it clear he’s not answering any questions about the “WAP” rapper.

“I’m not going to talk about that,” he said when asked how his relationship with Megan made him better as a man.
