Jennifer “Jen” Shah is expected to be released from federal prison on December 10, 2025, about a year early for good behavior.
Jen is an original cast member on “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City,” which premiered in November 2020.

She was indicted in March 2021 for her involvement in a telemarketing fraud scheme that stole money from thousands of elderly people.
After pleading guilty in July 2022 to conspiracy to commit wire fraud, Jen was sentenced to a prison term of 6.5 years, which she began serving at a Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas in February 2023.
With her release date fast approaching, RHOSLC fans wonder if she will return to the cast.
In a recent episode of “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” Andy said he does not want her back on the show.
“Jen Shah – I never want to see again,” he said.

Andy is also responsible for booting NeNe Leakes off of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” for being impossible to work with.
Bravo Network has said Jen is not welcome back after defrauding the elderly out of their Social Security.

Upon her release from prison, Jen will move into her husband, Coach Sharrieff Shah’s modest, $2 million 4-bedroom home in Utah, where he downgraded since Jen was incarcerated. Prosecutors said Sharrieff was not involved in Jen’s criminal activities.

Sharrieff, a football coach, has been a regular visitor at the Federal Prison Camp in Texas.
Since Bravo wants nothing to do with Jen, ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” is eager to sign her for season 35.
“DWTS is eyeing Jen Shah for next season. They know, they know. They know the backlash will be loud, but frankly, they aren’t scared of it,” a source tells The US Sun.

“They’ve cast Sean Spicer. Bristol Palin. Anna Delvey. “They aren’t afraid to make a splash. They know Bravo isn’t going to touch Jen anytime soon.”
“There will be a hole there that ABC can step in and fill in. Obviously, nothing is for sure yet since she hasn’t even been released yet,” the source added.
“But people on the show’s side have been in touch with members of her team.”
