Ice Spice addressed her physical altercation with a woman at McDonald’s location in Los Angeles.
In a post on X.com, the “Munch” rapper said the fight would not have happened at Wendy’s restaurants.
“This wouldn’t happen at a Wendy’s,” she wrote, along with a video of the altercation. Some X users claimed the fight was staged so Ice Spice could promote her Wendy’s partnership.

TMZ obtained footage of the chaos inside the restaurant. Ice spice and a friend were sitting in a booth when a woman approached them and demanded to know where they were from.
When Ice Spice asked the woman where she was from, the woman slapped her face. Ice Spice jumped up and fought back. A man dragged the woman away, but Ice Spice followed them into the parking lot.

“Let me fight her,” the rapper demanded. But the man wanted to fight Spice himself. “Are you a b*tch? You wanna fight a b*tch?” she asked him.

Ice Spice’s attorney Bradford Cohen tells TMZ, “The unprovoked attack on my client has been reported to the LAPD and we will be pursuing any and all avenues to hold the perpetrators responsible for their actions, including criminally and civilly. We are also exploring holding the location responsible for their lack of appropriate security.”
The woman was later identified by TMZ as “Vayah.”
After the video went viral, Vayah told TMZ that Ice Spice was very rude to her when she tried to politely show her love. She says Spice called her a “b*tch” — and she slapped Spice.
