Christopher Blake Griffith, the man who accused former NFL star Stefon Diggs of sexual assault, has asked a judge to dismiss Diggs’ defamation lawsuit.
Griffith argued that Diggs isn’t fully cooperating with the discovery process. The celebrity stylist asked the judge to force the NFL free agent to hand over his financial records.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Griffith wants evidence to dispute Diggs’ claim that his allegations caused Diggs financial harm.
Griffith said Diggs “does not get to sue and hide,” from the discovery process.

Diggs filed the lawsuit last November after Griffith sat down with YouTube vlogger Tasha K for an interview.
In the interview, Griffith accused Diggs of drugging him and jerking off in front of him. Griffith also claimed that Diggs tried to “unalive” him for turning down his advances.
Tasha captioned the video: “This is f–ing NUTTS & sad! Gay men should be protected. I feel like this isn’t being taken seriously enough!”

Rapper Cardi B, who welcomed a son with Diggs last year, defended him at the time. She said Griffith lied because he was caught stealing from Diggs.

Cardi B and Diggs broke up a day before the Super Bowl in February. They parted ways after Diggs flew one of his baby mamas to Super Bowl 60 to watch him play.

The New England Patriots dismissed Diggs from the team days after the Patriots’ 29-13 loss to the Seattle Seahawks.
Diggs is currently unemployed with 8 children to feed.
