Eatherly visibly reacted as the judge read his bail amount at his bond hearing on Friday.
Judge Reid Poland III set a high bond to “protect the public interest and public safety” following reports that Eatherly uses the n-word in public confrontations for clicks and views.
A crowdfunding website raised over $166,000 for Eatherly’s legal fees. He must pay $125,000 cash to get out of jail.

Oh look, racist Chud The Builder ain't so tough after all.
For those that don't know Chud, he's the dude that runs around calling Black people the N-word to antagonize and then will show his gun.

District Attorney General Robert Nash said Eatherly “confronted” a man outside the courthouse. The fight escalated to gunfire and both men were shot. They were treated at local hospitals for non-life-threatening injuries.
The shooting incident occurred days after Eatherly was arrested and charged with theft, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. That arrest stemmed from an incident over the weekend when Eatherly refused to pay a $371.55 restaurant bill at the Omni Hotel where he had been streaming.
When restaurant workers asked him to stop streaming, he began yelling profanity and racial slurs at them. “He became disruptive and started making racial statements, yelling, screaming and otherwise creating a scene at the location,” according to a Davidson County Court affidavit.
Eatherly is currently being held at the Montgomery County Jail. Another bond hearing is scheduled for May 21.
