CEO killer Luigi Mangione is in the same Brooklyn jail as rap mogul Sean Combs, CNN reported. The two high-profile inmates will spend the Christmas holiday on the same VIP unit.

Mangione is accused of fatally shooting UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in Manhattan on December 4. He was extradited to New York City from Pennsylvania on Thursday and arraigned on federal charges. If convicted, he could face the death penalty.

Luigi faced a federal judge on Thursday, who told the 26-year-old Ivy League grad that he had the right to be released on bail. But, due to his federal charges, Luigi is not likely to be released on bond.

Luigi was then transported to the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn — the same facility where rap mogul Sean Combs has been held since his arrest in September.

Luigi is represented by Karen Friedman Agnifilo — the wife of Combs’ lawyer Marc Agnifilo.

A New York grand jury indicted Mangione on terrorism charges on Tuesday, December 17, in addition to first-degree murder. He also faces charges for possessing weapons and forged instruments.

The federal complaint against Luigi includes surveillance photos that show Mangione riding a bike toward the Hilton hotel in Midtown Manhattan, where Thompson was killed on Dec. 4. The evidence also includes DNA, fingerprints, and a grey $300 backpack that he discarded in Central Park as he made his getaway.

Additionally, the complaint includes a photo of a “ghost gun,” a loaded 9mm pistol and silencer, similar to the weapon used in the shooting.

Mangione’s manifesto described “hostility towards the health insurance industry and wealthy executives in particular.”

NYC Mayor Eric Adams‘ top aide Ingrid Lewis-Martin and her son Glenn Martin II surrendered to federal authorities on Thursday. They both face bribery and money laundering charges. Lewis-Martin is the highest-profile city official to face charges since Adams was indicted on federal corruption charges in late September.

Lewis Martin held her head high as the feds perp-walked her in front of the cameras. She dressed for the occasion in a pantsuit, a leopard-print top and wearing bold red lipstick.

Lewis-Martin is accused of helping to secure construction permits for two businessmen who gave her son a $100,000 loan to buy a Porsche Panamera.

Glenn Martin II, 38, flashed material possessions and cash in music videos on YouTube. He performed under the stage name DJ Suave Luciano (see video below).

DJ Suave spent thousands of dollars a month on clothes and jewelry, and he featured scantily clad Instagram models with BBLs in his music videos.

The feds say DJ Suave used his mother’s powerful connections to finance his dream of being an international singer. Lewis-Martin helped to secure building permits for two real estate developers who helped her son buy a $113,000 Porsche with a $100,000 loan.

Lewis-Martin and her son shared a joint bank account. They routinely deposited $100,000 into the account every month.

The developers also helped DJ Suave set up a Chick-fil-A franchise, in exchange for building permits, according to the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.

Lewis-Martin introduced her son during a party at Gracie Mansion celebrating Caribbean-American heritage in June. She cracked a joke that her son was DJ’ing the city-run event for free.

“He always volunteers,” she said. “They try to write us up in the papers, but he doesn’t take any money. He’s a volunteer. Just saying that.”

Luigi got a haircut and a shave at the Pennsylvania prison before his trip back to New York City.

Luigi is facing federal charges of first-degree murder, murder as an act of terrorism, stalking, and weapons charges.

Mayor Adams greeted Mangione as he stepped off an NYPD helicopter in Lower Manhattan on Thursday afternoon. Adams escorted Luigi to a waiting van for his trip to Rikers Island. They were surrounded by at least two dozen NYPD, FBI agents, and other officials.

The NYPD posted photos on X (Twitter) of Mangione boarding a small plane to Long Island on Thursday and taking a helicopter ride to Manhattan.

Some law enforcement officers have secretly expressed empathy for Luigi in private chats online.

Video of Mangione being greeted by Mayor Adams received widespread criticism on social media.

X users compared Mangione’s perp walk to the fictional serial killer Hannibal Lecter and Superman.

Others called Adams’ presence at the airport a “publicity stunt”.

“Luigi Mangione arrives in New York surrounded by a large group of police and the crooked mayor Eric Adams. This is clearly a PR stunt by the state to intimidate those who’ve expressed support for Luigi and quell the rebellion he sparked. It won’t work,” the popular account @ProudSocialist posted on X.

Another X user wrote: “Imagine needing 50 officers for one dude.”

A third person wrote: “That’s a lot of tax dollars for one man.”

Tory Lanez responds to Megan Thee Stallion’s restraining order request

Tory Lanez responded to Megan Thee Stallion‘s request for a restraining order against him. Tory Lanez called Megan a liar in a statement via his legal team.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, Megan claims Tory is waging “psychological warfare” by allegedly paying bloggers to spread harmful lies about her online.

Megan also claimed Tory filed legal documents to undermine her new Amazon Prime documentary.

But the jailed rapper’s legal team tells TMZ that “Megan’s claim is ‘ridiculous.'”

Tory’s legal team says the timing of the court documents Megan is referencing had nothing to do with the release of her documentary and was filed simply to comply with legal deadlines.

TMZ sources also said Megan’s lawyers have proof connecting Tory to YouTuber and blogger Milagro Gramz who’s been bashing her online.

Megan filed a lawsuit against Milagro earlier this year for defamation and slander.

Megan obtained prison call logs and financial records that show a handful of payments allegedly made by Tory’s father to Milagro between October 2020 and March 2022 totaling $3,000.

However, Tory’s legal team pushed back on that claim too, telling TMZ that the payments had nothing to do with Tory, and the truth will be revealed in court.

His team also took a shot at Megan, saying she’s a self-confessed liar. They referenced Megan admitting she lied to Gayle King about having sex with Tory.

Gayle told TMZ she’s not bothered by the fact that Megan lied to her about Tory.

Jay-Z’s attorney Alex Spiro accidentally revealed Sean Combs’ ex-girlfriend, Jennifer Lopez, as the mysterious “Celebrity B” in a lawsuit against Combs and Jay-Z.

A 38-year-old Alabama woman accused Combs and Jay-Z of r*ping her at a house party in 2000 when she was 13.

On Thursday morning, Jay-Z’s legal team met with a judge in Manhattan and asked him to quickly remove their client from the lawsuit. They cited a December 13 interview with NBC News in which “Jane Doe” admitted inconsistencies in her story.

According to Hip-Hop vibe, Spiro was discussing the names of various celebrities involved in a case, when he slipped up and referred to Lopez as the elusive “Celebrity B” in the lawsuit.

News outlets quickly began covering the story and and the news is trending on X (Twitter).

Social media users speculated that Jay-Z’s long-suffering wife, Beyoncé, is the mystery woman who was in the room when the incident allegedly occurred.

Lopez ended her relationship with Sean Combs after he was arrested on weapons charges in Manhattan. Combs was acquitted, but his artist, Shyne, was convicted and deported to Belize after he completed his prison term.

On Wednesday, Houston attorney Tony Buzbee filed a lawsuit against Jay-Z’s entertainment company Roc Nation, lawyer Marcy Croft and Spiro’s law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan.

Buzbee accused Roc Nation and its attorneys of approaching his clients with $10,000 bribes to obstruct his cases against Jay-Z and Combs.

“The lawsuit filed today alleges that the Defendants’ conspiracy is intended to obstruct justice and prevent the Buzbee Law Firm from pursuing cases related to the Diddy litigation in New York. The conduct isn’t just alleged-it was caught on tape,” Buzbee wrote on Wednesday.

Buzbee posted a screenshot from a cell phone camera that shows 3 middle-aged men at his client’s door. The men told Buzbee’s client that they worked with one of Jay-Z’s attorneys.

Buzbee captioned the Instagram post: “These investigators aren’t very smart. What they didn’t anticipate was one of the clients decided to record the conversation. It’s shocking, and illegal.”

During a press conference at Roc Nation’s NYC headquarters on Monday, Spiro said the allegations against Jay-Z were “provably demonstrably false.” Spiro was confident that the case against Jay-Z would be dismissed this week.

Fulton DA Fani Willis claims Trump doesn’t have presidential immunity in Georgia

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis told the Georgia Court of Appeals on Wednesday that President-elect Donald Trump doesn’t have presidential immunity in Georgia.

Willis argued that Trump’s request to dismiss the case is invalid because he is not a sitting president.

“While the courts’ understanding of presidential immunity continues to evolve, ‘president-elect immunity’ obviously does not exist,” Willis argued.

Willis said the 2020 election interference case against Trump should proceed because he’s not in office yet.

She said the case should not be thrown out and that Trump’s lawyers failed to show why a state prosecution should be subject to Department of Justice rules of not being able to prosecute sitting presidents.

“Appellant does not specify or articulate how the appeal… will constitutionally impede or interfere with his duties once he assumes office,” Willis said in her filing.

However, the Georgia Court of Appeals voted on Thursday morning to disqualify Willis and her office from Trump’s case due to “conflict of interest”.

The Appeals court ruled Willis and the assistant District Attorneys working in her office have “no authority to proceed.”

The decision does not dismiss the indictment against Trump and his co-defendants. The case will instead be reassigned to another prosecutor in Georgia.

The Appeals Court said Willis displayed a “conflict of interest” by sleeping with the special prosecutor, Nathan Wade.

Wade recused himself after a Fulton County judge ordered Willis to step aside her cut her romantic ties with Wade.

On Nov. 1, 2021, Willis hired Wade to prosecute former President Trump in the RICO election interference case. The next day, Wade filed for divorce from his wife, Joycelyn Wade, who now lives in Texas.

Despite testifying under oath that they were not romantically involved, Willis and Wade appear to still be together.

Wade and Willis were together when a State Trooper arrested her adult daughter for speeding and driving on a suspended/revoked license in September.

Le’Andria Johnson Thanks Her Fans for Their Support Following Drunken Disorderly Arrest

Gospel singer Le’Andria Johnson was arrested on public drunkenness charges in Greenville, SC, following an outburst at a local bar on Monday.

Greenville police received a call from BrickTop’s restaurant about a customer busting up the place and “screaming at patrons” in the city’s downtown area.

Johnson left the restaurant and walked down the street, “screaming profanities at a male who was walking with her,” according to a police report.

When approached by police, Johnson handed her styrofoam cup to the male who tried to hide it, according to the report.

Police observed “multiple signs that she was heavily intoxicated” — the scent of alcohol, slurred speech and unstable posture — officers confirmed the cup contained alcohol and “disposed” of it.

Police took Johnson into custody around 3 p.m. and charged her with public intoxication and possession of an open container. After drying out in jail overnight, Johnson was released the next day and given a personal recognizance bond.

Fans were shocked by the news of Johnson’s arrest, because she appeared on “Iyanla” and she seemed to be on the road to sobriety.

The “Sunday Best” winner thanked her fans and loved ones in a video on the Larry Reid Live YouTube channel.

“To all of my family, my friends, and my supporters, thank you so much for your continued prayers and love,” Johnson said. “I’m just taking this time now to really just ‘woo-sah.'”

“This has been a daily walk for me for some time now and I’m yet still growing,” she continued.

Johnson added, “Just keep me lifted. I’ll get through this.”

Sean Combs appears ‘astonishingly thinner’ in court after going on hunger strike

A witness at Sean Combs’ pretrial hearing in Manhattan on Wednesday said the rap mogul looked “astonishingly thinner” and “grayer” in person.

“He appeared just astonishingly thinner… he appeared very noticeably thinner and maybe being locked up in detention is starting to wear on him,” Law & Crime reporter Elizabeth Millner said after the hearing.

Millner noted that Combs’ appearance was considerably different from how he looked in the days before he was arrested on Sept. 16.

Combs reportedly went on a hunger strike in the weeks after his incarceration in a Brooklyn federal jail. It isn’t clear if he is still on a hunger strike.

Combs’ children haven’t visited their father in jail in weeks — since the prosecution accused him of using his kids to sway a potential jury pool.

The rap mogul recently withdrew his appeal for bail after Judge Arun Subramanian denied his third request for bond.

On Wednesday, Subramanian told Combs’ legal team he didn’t want a “last-minute surprise” before Combs’ upcoming criminal trial in May 2025.

Judge Subramanian requested that Combs and his defense team submit updates in the motion schedule by Jan. 3, “to avoid any kind of surprise at the last minute.”

Combs’ next hearing is scheduled for March 17.

Meanwhile, a source claims Combs is “trying to stay positive” during his first Christmas behind bars.

He spent Thanksgiving behind bars, and he is set to celebrate Christmas with his fellow inmates — including rapper Tekashi69 and crypto king Sam Bankman-Fried.

“There are no decorations,” says federal prison consultant Sam Mangel, referring to the lack of holiday festivities at the jail.

Mangel said inmates try to stay positive for their families during the holidays. He says visitations usually last 30 minutes to an hour — and are limited to four people at a time. “When their family leaves, inmates become very solemn,” says Mangel. “It becomes very depressing.”

Former inmate Brad Rouse, who spent time at MDC between 2008 and 2009, tells Us Weekly that Christmas was especially tough on fathers with young kids at home. “The holidays were more painful for them,” he says, adding, “It’s a very hard, difficult place.”

Attorney Tony Buzbee files lawsuit against Jay-Z’s Roc Nation

Attorney Tony Buzbee has filed a lawsuit against Jay-Z’s entertainment company Roc Nation, lawyer Marcy Croft and Alex Spiro’s law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan.

Buzbee sued Roc Nation and its attorneys for violations of various state laws, including barratry (filing frivolous lawsuits) and impersonation of a public official.

Buzbee filed the lawsuit, on behalf of a former client of his law firm. He announced the filing Wednesday in a post on Instagram. The suit alleges that agents for Roc Nation and its lawyers posed as employees of the state of Texas, “flashed fake badges” and offered the client up to $10,000 to sue the Buzbee Law Firm.

Buzbee has previously accused Roc Nation and its attorneys of threatening his family to intimidate him and force him to drop the lawsuit against Jay-Z.

Buzbee added Jay-Z to a lawsuit filed by an Alabama woman against Sean Combs in October. The suit accuses Combs and Jay-Z of r*ping “Jane Doe” when she was 13.

Roc Nation scoffed at Buzbee’s latest lawsuit on Wednesday.

“Tony Buzbee’s baloney lawsuit against Roc Nation is nothing but another sham. It’s a pathetic attempt to distract and deflect attention. This sideshow won’t change the ultimate outcome and true justice will be served soon,” a Roc Nation spokesperson said in a statement.

Buzbee claims Roc Nation associates approached his clients and illegally offered to pay them to sue his firm. He claims it’s happened “more than two dozen times.”

“The lawsuit filed today alleges that the Defendants’ conspiracy is intended to obstruct justice and prevent the Buzbee Law Firm from pursuing cases related to the Diddy litigation in New York. The conduct isn’t just alleged-it was caught on tape,” Buzbee wrote.

During a press conference at Roc Nation’s NYC headquarters on Monday, Spiro said the allegations against Jay-Z were “provably demonstrably false.” Spiro was confident that the case against Jay-Z would be dismissed this week.

Spiro insisted Jay-Z and Sean Combs only knew each other professionally and that they weren’t close friends.

Jed Jacobsohn/Getty Images

“They knew each other professionally for a number of years. Just like in all professions, people know each other. At music awards, they support each other,” Spiro said of Jay-Z and Sean Combs. “They go to the NBA All-Star Game, they support each other. That’s just how professions work. There is no closer association between any of them — that’s also a matter of fiction. That’s all that there is. He doesn’t know anything about the charges or allegations against [Combs]. He has nothing to do with that case and there’s nothing more to say.”
