Sean Combs’ children sang “Happy Birthday” to him over the phone on Monday. Combs turned 55 on Nov. 4 while behind bars at the MDC Brooklyn in NY.

Combs was arrested by federal agents in September in Manhattan, NY. He is awaiting trial on federal sëx trafficking and conspiracy charges.

Combs’ children, Justin Dior Combs, 30, Christian “King” Combs, 26, Christian’s brother Quincy Brown, 33, 17-year-old twins, D’Lila Star and Jessie James, and Chance Combs, 18, wished their father a happy birthday via FaceTime.

Chance, who wasn’t with her siblings, wished her father a happy birthday over a phone held by her brother.

The father of 7 was in good spirits as his youngest daughter, Love, sang “Happy birthday to daddy.”

Then Love blew out the candle on the birthday cake. “Slow down,” said her mother, Dana Tran, who was off camera.

Combs laughed as the 2-year-old sang to him, then he thanked his children for supporting him.

“I love y’all, I love y’all so much,” Combs said from his jail cell. “I can’t wait to see y’all. I’m proud of y’all – especially the girls. I mean, all of y’all just for being strong. Thank y’all for being strong,” he added. “I got the best family in the world!”

Justin told his father he would see him in a couple of days.

Combs celebrated his birthday alone in his cell on Monday. He was served a choice of cheese pizza, salad or pasta for lunch.

He also had the option of a “breakfast cake” and some potatoes, but he won’t be served coffee until the weekend, TMZ reported.

Coffee is a stimulant that may cause some inmates to be overstimulated and experience sensory overload.

Combs made an appearance in federal court on Monday. He asked a judge to stop potential witnesses from speaking outside the court about the allegations against him. He also asked the judge to gag certain witnesses.

A judge has ruled that anonymous plaintiffs must identify themselves or their cases will be dropped.

Singer Jada Arnell Thomas was shot onstage while signing autographs after a performance in downtown Dallas, Texas on Saturday, Nov. 2.

Police say Thomas, 26, was signing autographs for fans when a woman waiting in line shot her in the chest. The incident happened at The Black Academy of Arts and Letters venue.

Thomas was rushed to a hospital, where she is listed in stable condition, according to NBC News affiliate NBC DFW.

Officers arrested Micah Williams, also 26, and a handgun was recovered from her purse. Williams was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and was booked into the Dallas County Jail.

Police did not reveal a motive behind the shooting or whether the two women know each other. The investigation is ongoing.

Curtis King, founder of The Black Academy of Arts and Letters, confirmed Thomas will survive her injury.

He said she previously thanked him for providing an outlet for aspiring artists to showcase their talents.

“It was a packed house, people were in line getting autographs and we heard this shot,” King told NBC DFW. “It was unreal. It was like everything was in slow motion.”

According to King, the venue staff followed Williams outside and called 911. Officers caught up to the suspect in the lobby of a nearby hotel and placed her under arrest.

“It is eerie to know that we now live in the kind of world with people who seem to be bent on doing harm to other people, many times for no apparent and sensible reason,” he said on social media.

King said the venue will beef up security and install a metal detector at the front door for future events.

“For 48 years, TBAAL has proudly maintained a tradition of safe, family-oriented events and a welcoming environment,” King said. “We affirm that our patrons are upstanding citizens who share our commitment to a safe, positive environment for all. As we continue forward, our mission to enrich the community through arts remains unwavering.”

New details have emerged about the savage attack on hip-hop legend Buckshot Shorty of Black Moon and Boot Camp Clik.

Buckshot Shorty (born Kenyatta Blake) was brutally beaten by one thug while another thug filmed the beating and laughed. The incident happened in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY on Halloween.

Graphic video shows the 49-year-old rapper writhing on the ground in pain. His face is bloody and one eye is swollen shut. One of the alleged attackers is seen standing over Buckshot toward the end of the video clip (posted below).

According to posts on a manosphere board, the rapper was pistol-whipped by a squatter who illegally occupied a home owned by Buckshot.

A man named Danny Shaw wrote on Facebook: “This vicious attack stemmed from a property he bought in which he is the rightful owner & the unauthorized occupants refused to vacate. Buckshot said the attackers used there weapons/pistols to beat him.”

Buckshot was transported to the hospital, where he was treated and released.

Brooklyn rapper Rockness Monsta, of Boot Camp Clik and Heltah Skeltah, was emotional in a livestream video on Monday. He wished Buckshot a speedy recovery, and he criticized young Black men who upload videos of senseless violence to social media “for clout.”

“That’s what these little ni**as do — they want the clout. Part of it is they think they gonna get some clout of off it,” he said.

Squatting was a serious problem in Georgia until a new law was passed making it easier for police to arrest squatters.

Under the new Georgia law, if squatters are caught inside a home, they must show a lease agreement. If the lease is fraudulent, the case becomes a felony and they are immediately removed from the premises and arrested.

Georgia is among a handful of red states that bans squatting. Squatting is still legal in many blue states.

Today (Nov. 5) is Election Day in America. Vote for whoever you want, but move your family to a red state for their safety.

More Than 200 Teachers in Texas Paid to Have Someone Take Their Certifications Exams

The feds are investigating a $1 million cheating scandal that left hundreds of uncertified teachers in Texas classrooms.

Vincent Grayson, a former teacher and basketball coach at Booker T. Washington High School in Houston, has been charged in the alleged cheating scandal.

Grayson (pictured above) is described by prosecutors as the scheme’s ringleader, along with Nicholas Newton, the school’s assistant principal and the alleged test taker.

Prosecutors say more than 200 teachers paid Newton to take the state certification exam for them. Now those teachers are scattered in classrooms across Texas.

Local and state education officials are scrambling to track down the teachers who cheated.

“The most important thing to me is the ringleaders have been identified and are being rooted out of our home school district … and the fact that they held positions of power there, where they were held in esteem by the children, is the very worst part of this crime,” Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg told reporters Monday.

“They didn’t deserve those kids’ respect and I think it leaves children feeling betrayed, not knowing who to trust.”

LaShonda Roberts, assistant principal at Jack Yates Senior High School, was also arrested for her role as “a recruiter and referral agent who brought in many individuals who sought the services of the impersonator test taker.”

Two other people not employed by the district also have been charged.

“The extent of the scheme will never be fully known but we know that at least 400 tests were taken and at least 200 teachers falsely certified,” Ogg said.

Prosecutors said all five defendants face two counts of engaging in organized criminal activity, and one felony count based on money laundering because the scheme allegedly yielded over $300,000.

The Texas teaching scandal draws similarities to a cheating scandal involving registered nurses who paid for their diplomas without taking any classes. The scandal affected hundreds of nurses at hospitals and clinics across America.

Judge Greg Mathis has reconciled with his wife, Linda Mathis, after she filed for divorce in August. Linda cited “irreconcilable differences” for the split.

Linda listed the date of their separation as July 17, 2024. She applied for spousal support and she asked the court to waive her requirement to pay spousal support to Mathis.

Linda and the judge broke the happy news to TMZ. Judge Mathis said sometimes God has to break you down to lift you back up.

It helped that Judge Mathis had an ironclad prenup — and Linda would be left with nothing but the clothes on her back.

Linda earned income in a reality TV series titled “Mathis Family Matters” on E! Network. The series aired after Mathis retired from his daytime Emmy Award-winning reality court show “Judge Mathis.”

The Mathises are pictured in Nov. 2022 with sons Amir (right), Greg Jr. (2nd from left) and Greg Jr.’s life partner, Elliott Cooper (left).

In the TV series, Judge Mathis said his marriage to Linda and his family were his greatest achievements.

“The star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame is certainly my highest professional achievement,” he said. “But I got to say, it was really my family that was the foundation of my success. After coming out of the streets in Detroit, Linda allowed me to work 15 hours a day, 5, 6 days a week, so it’s that support that allowed me the success that you see.”

“Our love and support runs deep,” Linda Mathis added. “That’s how the Mathis family rolls.”g he could to win her back. Looks like his priorities have officially shifted!

The couple met in college. They were married 39 years and shared four children, Jade, 39, Camara, 36, Greg Jr., 35, and Amir, 34.

In an interview, Mathis said he had a “wholesome family” who never fight.

“We are a whole family, a wholesome family,” he said. “We all have our flaws, but we don’t fight. Never have… If we have to fight, the answer is no [to returning].”

Michael Jordan Issues Furious Response After Fake Trump Endorsement Goes Viral

Michael Jordan is heated after a fake political endorsement went viral on Monday.

A post on X.com on Sunday claimed Jordan was backing former President Donald Trump in his race against Vice President Kamala Harris.

A community note appended to the post reads: “There’s no evidence supporting this claim. As recent as Oct. 31, Michael Jordan hadn’t endorsed either Trump or Harris.”

Jordan’s representatives vigorously denied that the NBA legend endorsed Trump ahead of this week’s presidential election.

In a statement to DailyMail.com, Jordan’s representatives said: “There is absolutely no truth to the claim that Michael Jordan has made an endorsement in the presidential election.”

LeBron James and other celebrities have backed Harris. But Jordan has historically avoided endorsing any politician for public office.

Jordan, a six-time NBA champion, is notoriously private and never comments on politics or cultural events.

He has in the past spoken up about his foundation and the charities he supports, including Make A Wish.

During a 1990 Senate race in his home state of North Carolina, Jordan famously opted not to publicly back Democrat Harvey Gantt.

Instead, Jordan uttered the infamous phrase: “Republicans buy sneakers, too.”

Cardi B’s fans expressed their concern for the rapper after she appeared in a livestream video over the weekend.

Cardi B lashed out at fans who criticized her for reading her speech off a cell phone at a Kamala Harris’ rally in Milwaukee on Friday.

“I worked so hard, bro. I worked so hard on my speech and a lot of y’all talkin’ about like ‘Oh why are you reading it from your phone?’ B****, I had to write that s*** down… because, b**** I’m 32 years old and I have three kids. My mind be f***ing racing all gotdamn day b****.”

Fans noticed Cardi’s swollen facial appearance — and they suggested she recently went under the knife again.

Some fans say Cardi had multiple rounds of cosmetic surgery to erase her old face before the fame.

One person on X.com compared Cardi B’s new face to Nicki Minaj. The fan wrote, “Nicki cute with or without a filter but one thing about cardi she wasn’t cute without surgery.”

Another fan wrote: “Cardi B really got a little money and IMMEDIATELY changed her whole appearance. She looks nothing like this now and that’s sad because shorty really hated herself SO MUCH that she completely changed her face. Sad part is she’s STILL getting surgery.”

A plastic surgeon who has not worked with the rapper guessed that she had a nose job, cheek implants, lip fillers, an eyelid lift, breast implants, and a BBL.

Sean Combs celebrates his 55th birthday behind bars with sad prison meal

Sean Combs turned 55 on Monday, Nov. 4. He celebrated his birthday with a sad meal at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, NY, where he is awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

The New York Post reports that Combs will be served a choice of cheese pizza, salad or pasta today for lunch on Monday.

He will also have the option of a “breakfast cake” and some potatoes, but he won’t be served coffee until the weekend.

Combs will then head to federal court later on Monday.

Feds raided the notorious MDC lockup as part of an interagency operation last week. Agents seized cell phones, drugs and other contraband from inmates.

The feds insisted the raid was not related to the jail’s high-profile detainee.

The rapper’s family, including his sons, Christian and Justin, and daughters Jessie, D’Lila and Chance, have visited their father in jail. He also speaks with his family on the recorded jail phone line.

MEGA/WENN

The music producer’s downfall began when his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura filed a sëxual assault lawsuit last November. He quickly settled the next day for a reported $30 million. But the settlement triggered more lawsuits filed by women and men alleging sëx crimes.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges. He denied sëxually assaulting anyone and his attorneys called the lawsuits a money grab.

A disturbing video surfaced last year that showed him beating Cassie in a Los Angeles hotel hallway.

He was seen chasing her down the hallway, kicking her and pulling her by the hair down the hallway.

He apologized in a video that has since been deleted from Instagram.
