A New York disciplinary panel suspended a state Supreme Court judge who threatened to shoot Black teens at a house party.

The state’s Commission on Judicial Conduct suspended Justice Erin P. Gall of State Supreme Court in Oneida County, for acting in a “racially offensive, profane” manner.

The incident occurred during a high school graduation party at a friend’s house in July 2022. Judge Gall, her husband and their three teenage children were guests at a friend’s home in New Hartford, N.Y.

A group of Black teenagers received a text message invite with the address to the graduation party.

The teens were involved in a brawl with invited guests soon after they arrived.

Police officers attempted to restore order, but Judge Gall threatened to shoot the teens on police body cam footage.

“I’ll shoot them on the property,” she said. “No you can’t,” someone responded.

However, Judge Gall continued: “When they trespass, you can shoot them on a property.”

During the scuffle, the teens lost their car keys and couldn’t leave the neighborhood. Judge Gall threatened to flush the car keys down a toilet if she found them.

She also said the Black teens didn’t look very smart. And she praised her teenage son for “putting the smack down” on the teenagers.

“I’m a Supreme Court judge,” she told one officer. “I’m always on your side. You know I’ll take anyone down for you guys.”

NYS Commission administrator and counsel Robert H. Tembeckjian told CBS6: “It is utterly unacceptable for a judge to threaten gun violence, exhibit racial prejudice, promise favorable treatment for the police, or disparage a law intended to keep guns away from dangerous people.”

The commission suspended the judge with pay until the state’s Court of Appeals decides the case.

Judge Gall, who earns $232,000 a year, has 30 days to appeal.

Rap mogul 50 Cent re-posted news coverage about the incident on his Instagram page.

Tyler Perry Claps Back at Critics of His Movies

Tyler Perry reacted to critics of his No. 1 thriller drama movie “Divorce in the Black.”

Written, produced, and directed by Tyler Perry, the film stars Meagan Good, Cory Hardrict, and Debbi Morgan.

“Divorce in the Black” was well-received by Tyler’s fans, but the movie received a rare 0% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

TikTok influencers mocked his movie’s overacting in a skit that went viral.

In response to the negativity online, Loni Love said Tyler should pay Black writers and directors to “improve” his movies.

She wrote: “He could improve the movies & make them award worthy if he would stop trying to save money by doing the writing and directing himself.”

Tyler dismissed Loni’s helpful suggestions during an appearance on KeKe Palmer’s popular podcast “Baby, This Is KeKe Palmer.”

“You gotta drown all of that out, because if you let somebody talk you out of a place that God has put you in, you are going to find yourself in hell,” Tyler said. “I know for a fact that what I’m doing is exactly what I’m supposed to be doing, because for everyone who is a critic, I have thousands of — what used to be — emails from people saying, ‘This changed my life. Oh my God, you know me. Oh my God, you saw me. How did you know this about my life and my family?’ That is what is important to me.'”

Tyler said his work is so important to disenfranchised voices who are underrepresented on screen.

“A large portion of my fans are disenfranchised, who cannot get in the Volvo and go to therapy on the weekend. So, you’ve got this highbrow negro who is all up in the air with his nose up looking at everything,” he said. “Then you got people like where I come from, and me, who are grinders, who really know what it’s like. Whose mothers were caregivers for white kids, and were maids, housekeepers…beauticians. Don’t discount these people and say their stories don’t matter. Who are you to be able to say which Black story is important, or should be told?.”

He added, “Get out of here with that bullsh*t.”

In a recent interview on Zeze Millz’s podcast, the former “Bad Girls Club” cast member said she wants to transition back to her natural body.

DreamDoll said she underwent a butt reduction because her deformed shape made it hard to buy clothes that fit.

“Nothing fits. All my stuff has to be custom tailored. Every jean has to be taken in,” she said. “It’s a lot of maintenance. I’m tired. I’m sick and tired. I’m tired of seeing it.”

DreamDoll, 32, says “slim thick” natural bodies are what’s in right now.

“Natural bodies, slim, and slim thick, I feel that’s what’s in right now. If I knew what I know now I would have never done it,” she added.

The Doll also regrets getting breast implants. “I wish I could have my A-cups back so bad,” she said.

WNBA stars Angel Reese and Caitlin Clark, both 22, have inspired women to appreciate their natural bodies.

More men are drawn to the WNBA because they appreciate physically fit women. Most of the WNBA’s new fans are men who can’t stop talking about Angel and Caitlin. Men beg Angel to fly them out to her games.

The athletic duo fueled record-breaking ticket sales and smashed viewership records since they were drafted earlier this year.

Celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Beyonce, and Jennifer Lopez popularized the BBL surgery craze. But no one noticed when Beyonce and JLo removed their butt pads. Or when Kim drained the silicone from her butt cheeks because she doesn’t want to look like her fans.

Then came the Ozempic accusations.

One X user wrote: “Okay… now, who is selling Ozempic?? And how much do i gotta pay to get some???”

Another person wrote: “Wow, Lil Rel Howery lost so much weight! Bet he just swapped late-night snacks for Ozempic shakes.”

Lil Rel took to his Instagram account on Wednesday to deny using Ozempic on his weight-loss journey.

He captioned a video: “I’m on that Godzempic, Happyzempic, Hardworkzempic, PurposeZempic and just plan on Truthzempic. I’m grateful and glad I said yes to God assignment on my life and friends still here and gone that kept it 100 with me… #BlessedAndHighlyFavored.”

The comedian said he stopped drinking alcohol, and developed a closer relationship with God to help him on his journey.

He applauded billionaire Oprah Winfrey for admitting she used Ozempic in her weight-loss journey.

“That’s somebody who admitted to that,” he said. “I applaud her for that.”

He said people are weaponizing Ozempic to attack celebrities.

“Look, everybody got they own journey, but one thing I don’t play about is God,” he added. “Y’all don’t know what I’ve been through. And the only thing I was bragging about was how I heard God and decided to move in that way.”

Others said Lil Rel had a facelift. But no one could deny he looks great!

Oakland police have made an arrest in the shooting death of aspiring rapper Alliauna Green, also known as “Tan DaGod.”

Green, 27, was shot during a meet and greet at a beauty supply store in Oakland, California on Saturday July 13.

On Tuesday, the Oakland Police Department identified the suspect as fellow East Bay rapper Dominic Gates who went by “BNC4NERO.”

Gates is charged with murder by the Alameda County District Attorney’s office “for his involvement in the crime.”

Green was shot outside the Oakland beauty store Glamor Beauty Supply off Telegraph Avenue after she posted on Instagram inviting her nearly 20,000 followers to come through the meet and greet.

At around 5 p.m., gunshots were heard as Green left the beauty supply store. Bystanders ran for cover. Some people took refuge in a donut shop nearby.

A black male wearing a hoodie was seen fleeing on foot.

Fans initially believed Green was shot by a gang banger after she reportedly killed her ex-boyfriend in self-defense last year.

Green put her ex-boyfriend’s photo on the cover of her mixtape, Ex Wood Pack. His face was replaced by a burning blunt on the cover.

In an interview on Kid L’s podcast last August, Green joked about killing her ex. She smoked a blunt and said she was smoking her ex.

She said he threatened her family. “You gotta take him out. And it just is what it is.”

The Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board (ILETSB) records, obtained by ABC News, show that Grayson, 30, worked three full-time and three part-time jobs in four police departments and two sheriff’s offices over the past four years.

He resigned from three departments. His reason for leaving 2 jobs is listed as “other.”

Massey, 36, called police to report a prowler in her house just before 1 a.m. on July 6. Grayson and another deputy responded to the 911 call. They found a black SUV with broken windows in the driveway.

Body cam footage shows Grayson and Massey joking about a pot of hot water. When he suggested she might throw it at him, Massey told the deputy, “I rebuke you in the name of Jesus.”

Grayson drew his pistol and shouted, “You’d better f***ing not! I’ll f***ing shoot you in your f***ing face!”

Massey quickly apologized and ducked down behind a counter, covering her ears with 2 oven mitts. When she stood up again, Grayson shot her three times in the face. One bullet pierced her eye.

A review by Illinois State Police found that Grayson’s use of deadly force was not justified. He was arrested and charged with first-degree murder.

Fox News host Brian Kilmeade is trending on social media for a misunderstanding that got out of hand.

During Wednesday’s episode of Fox & Friends, Kilmeade discussed Vice President Kamala Harris skipping Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech to a joint session of Congress.

Harris — who is a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority – spoke at the Zeta Phi Beta sorority Boule Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana on Wednesday.

Kilmeade questioned why she didn’t attend Netanyahu’s speech.

“Why didn’t you show up? The most recent decision – already you gotta question. She will not show up for the prime minister’s, uh, joint session of Congress today,” he said. “She’d rather address – in the summer – a sorority, a colored sorority. like she can’t get outta that?”

Someone posted the clip on X, formerly Twitter, and wrote in the caption: “I’m sorry a “COLORED” sorority???.”

However, according to a Community Note, Kilmeade said “college”, not “colored.”

Still, the outrage continues on X.

A Philadelphia woman is charged with shooting a seven-month-old baby in the leg during a dispute over a $100 drug debt.

Surveillance footage captured the horrific scene on Thursday, July 18, on the 4000 block of Meridian Street in Northeast Philadelphia.

According to Philadelphia Police Chief Scott Small, the baby was in a stroller with his parents when Dominique Billups approached and opened fire with a handgun.

Police say Billups targeted the parents (both teenagers) and their baby. The video shows the father fleeing as Billups approached. She shot at the teenage mom, but missed and hit the baby in the leg. The baby is listed in stable condition.

Police caught up with the parents several blocks away from the crime scene. They said they fled because they both had warrants.

NBC10 spoke to a witness, who wished to remain anonymous.

“When I found out the baby was 7 months old and both parents said they have warrants, they got out of the car and I took the baby. I just felt like I had to protect this child. It was overwhelming. It was scary. This person came up with no remorse and just fired and walked away like nothing happened,” he said.

Police quickly identified Billups and arrested her.

Lt. Dennis Rosenbaum of the Philadelphia Police Department said the dispute was over bags of weed.

“This appears to stem from a $100 narcotics debt,” Lt. Rosenbaum explained.

“It’s sad, you see that video, she literally points the gun at the mother of the baby – who is also a juvenile – and fires. Luckily she missed, and that’s probably when the baby got hit.”
