Good communication (verbal and physical) are keys to boost pleasure during vaginal penetration.
A recent study of more than 3,000 women, ages 18 to 93, revealed what women do to increase their pleasure during sex.
According to Yahoo News, the study focused on vaginal penetration, and the majority of respondents were heterosexual.
90% of respondents say they shift their hips or raise their pelvis during sex so the penis hits all four walls.
Another 76% of women said they make their vaginal penetration more pleasurable by rocking their hips, so the base of the penis rubs against the clitoris inside the vagina, rather than thrusting in and out.
70% of the women said they use "pairing," which refers to the woman or her partner reaching down to stimulate the clitoris (with a finger or sex toy) during penetration.

Luke Bryan revealed the secret to his 14-year marriage with wife Caroline: "make-up sex."
The "American Idol" judge and his wife - who share sons Thomas, 13, and Tatum, 10, - always talk through their issues. But if they ever have an argument, they get over their differences by getting busy in the sack.
Asked during an interview with theSkimm what the secret to his successful marriage is, he laughed and said: "Communicate and make-up sex."
The 44-year-old "Waves" singer previously admitted he has to "work so hard" at marriage.

He said: "Sitting and letting something small turn into a big event is not how you make it. (Once you) have a family, you're doing this with your family – it's a lot. But you've walked down the aisle and you've said in front of God, 'This is who I'm going to be with forever.' You have to work so hard at it."
Dating and relationship "expert" Derrick Jaxn humbled himself in front of his wife after cheating allegations surfaced on social media.
Jaxn, who made a career out of criticizing men and doling out relationship advice to lonely women, was caught out there being unfaithful to his long-suffering wife, Da'Naia Jackson.
Mischievous YouTube vlogger Tasha K first reported the cheating rumors after a woman named Candice De Medeiros alleged earlier this month she had an affair with Jaxn.
Medeiros said she assumed Jaxn and his wife had separated. Obviously she got that impression from Jaxn himself, who has dubbed himself a "Self-Love Ambassador."
In a new video, Jaxn said he had an honest discussion with his wife about the rumors and allegations -- and apparently she's okay with it
as long as the checks keep rolling in.
They appear together in the video, holding hands as he explains the error of his ways.
"I want to be clear," he says, "I'm not talking about just casually kicking it, maybe a lunch or something like that. I'm talking about as serious as sex, sexual flirtation, and meeting up and those type of things."
"It's important that I let you know I don't stand by those actions. I don't want to encourage anybody to do that. Secondly, I know I can't build a platform preaching certain things, preaching against certain things, and then, in my real life, live contrary to that."

Viola Davis and her husband have a secret that makes their marriage stronger: they take a bath together "every night".
The Ma Rainey's Black Bottom star and her spouse, Julius Tennon, make sure to make time for one another every morning and every night, when they share a relaxing soak in their jacuzzi and their bathtub.
"We have together time every single morning when we get in the jacuzzi and we have together time every night 'cause we get in the tub together. And we soak in the tub and we talk. Sometimes he falls asleep with his mouth open!" she told People magazine.
Viola, 55, even treats her 66-year-old husband to her skincare routine.
"I give him facials. And we just chat, chat, chat, and he's just really sweet. Every single day we do that," she smiled.
Meanwhile, the Fences star - who shares nine-year-old adopted daughter Genesis with Julius - previously revealed the secret to a long-lasting marriage is all "about the everyday".
"I think that, that's what people forget when they fall in love with someone and it's exciting. You have to get back to the everyday – the taking the garbage out, the cooking, the cleaning – and it's something that I think really works with me and my husband. Every day is like a date."
Denzel Washington urged late star Chadwick Boseman to hurry up and marry his wife, Taylor Simone, before someone else did.
In a new interview with CBS Sunday Morning, the Oscar winner opened up about working with Chadwick on his final film, Ma Rainey's Black Bottom, and recalled offering the young star a little relationship advice.

Chadwick and Taylor were only dating when the Black Panther star was shooting the Netflix movie. Denzel, who co-produced the film, saw something beautiful between the couple and suggested Boseman should act upon it.
"They weren't even married yet, and I used to watch how she took care of him, and I actually said to him, 'Man, you know, you need to put a ring on that finger', cause she kept her eye on him and she watched him," Washington explained.
"I'm like, 'Man, she loves that guy'. But I didn't know what we know now."
Boseman lost his secret battle with cancer in August at age 43, and Washington, 65, reveals no one on the Ma Rainey's Black Bottom set even knew he was sick.
"Credit to him; he kept it to himself. It was nobody's business. He was there to deliver and he delivered," adds Denzel, who is pictured with his wife of 37 years, Pauletta at the Oscars in 2003.
Chadwick and Taylor were married in a private ceremony earlier in the year and many people didn't know he was married until after his death.

Rapper Future Hendrix publicly claimed Lori in a series of social media posts over the holiday weekend. In one post he revealed they were on holiday together in Dubai.
Future, 36, has a reputation for wooing the ladies and impregnating at least seven of them.
Lori also has built a reputation for herself as a Hollywood "pass-around", aka a loose woman who dates only wealthy men with influence and power.

In a throwback video from 2015 Marjorie gave her daughter valuable advice about respecting herself and saving her goodies for the right man.
"I know you just started dating this year," said Marjorie to then-18-year-old Lori. "No athletes, no rappers. We gonna come up with a list."
Marjorie told her daughter: "Don't ever try to fit in when God has clearly created you to stand out and always be a lady." She added: "And understand YOU are the prize. Don't give yourself to anybody that is not going to be your husband."
Unfortunately, Lori didn't listen.
Lori has dated music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs, 50, after briefly shagging his son, trust fund kid Justin Combs, 25. She has also dated bisexual singer Trey Songs, 35, and she was briefly engaged to Dutch soccer star Memphis Depay, 25.

Fantasia says more women are single these days because too many women want to be leaders rather than walk alongside their men.
The 35-year-old American Idol winner discussed gender roles in an interview with the Breakfast Club on Monday, Sept. 16.
"We need more men to stand up and lead the way," she said. "Most women are trying to be the leader, that's why you can't find a man. You can't be the king in the house. Fall back and be the queen and let your man lead the way."
The mom-of-2, who is happily married to Kendall Taylor, continued:
"I feel like it's a generational thing, and we can talk and we can go real deep on that, I don't need to start that. But it's a generational curse in how society has placed our men, and women have to stand up and be the mother and the father and the provider. So now, you're so bad you can’t be told nothing that when the right man comes, you lose him because you're trying to be the man."
She said team work is the key to a happy marriage and that women should "learn to submit" and let men be natural born leaders.
"At the end of the day I'm the neck, my man's the head. So he can't make any moves without his wife. It all works together. But you can't be the head of the house. You got to let the man be the head of the house. But it's a generational thing and it's what we've been taught. Stand up, be strong… And a dude comes and everything about you is a man.
"You have to learn how to submit. You can still be a queen. A king needs his queen. It's certain things that he can't see that we see. Anybody play chess? We work together. But the queen has to sit back and allow the king to be the king."
