This is a damn shame he’s kicking his own child out of his house. At least put restrictions as to who can leave there. But at the same time if she isn’t trying to do better for herself and stop trying to live off of him what do you expect.

She messed up when she moved her new man and her relatives into the house. She was living rent free all expenses paid and still managed to get herself evicted. Dumb move right there.

She was getting $24,000 thou a month and wasn’t satisfied so that alone speaks about her character…its sad she feels entitled to his money because, she looked out for him when he was her man. I think he should have A)Let his son live with him or B)Let her have the house and stop paying the utilities they can get jobs to do that, but at least his son would have a place to live. How can 50 even be considered a bad parent for kicking out a leach for a baby mama…I mean the boy will never go without a place to stay, food to eat, or clothes to wear…why? Because he’s 50’s seed. I’m sure 50 told the judge “damn right she needs to get outta my house, and my son can come live with me, if she can’t get off her azz and get a job.” I’m sure 50 was trying to pay her back for looking out for him when he got shot, thats why she’s not working and sporting gucci shades? Since she wanted to go overboard and keep hassling the dude on top of violating with dudes all in his crib while he’s fronting the bill her free ride was over. Her son has no worries at all, trust, but she does.

This issue with the house is pretty easy. You don’t need a dream team of lawyers to convince a judge that you don’t have to provide rent free housing to freeloaders.

Regardless of what you think about 50, this man has worked hard to get what he’s got! But, there would be no reason for me to think that their dad would need to put me up in a home for free, just because he can! That’s why you go to court and get child support orders! Use THAT money to get your OWN home!

They do give single mothers a bad name. I have one son, and his dad isn’t the father i expected him to be, but everytime I get pissed off enough to take him back to court I back out. My grandmother taught me to take care of your own, and if the father does what he’s supposed to than so be it, but if he doesn’t than its ok, cause GOD will take care of you and someday all of that hard work will be acknowledged. All of that nastiness catches up with people who don’t do right and 50’s baby moms was one of those people. Sh*t my own father was one of those people, my mom was one of those people, and now they’re barely apart of the children they helped conceived lives, because they never thought their wrong doing would catch up to them. I’m just proud that God HAS BLESSED me like my grandmother promised he would to the point where my son wants for nothing. And that lil $150.00 childsupport i get or don’t get at the begining of the month gets put in my son’s bank acct!

I guess everyone missed how she said she took care of his a** all them years when he was trying to make it in the rap game. Probably took care of him hime she was shot. I’m sure his son could live with him but the momma would never go for that. 50 is kicking her out; along with the boyfriend and who ever else. Just because she has a child by 50 doesn’t mean that she has the right to milk him and take advantage of the situation. She may feel like he owes her but he doesn’t at least not to the extreme of where she’s trying to take it. I am not trying to judge and yes I did hear where she says she took care of him when he had nothing. But I guess your missing the fact that 50 was paying her $25,000/27,000 a month but that wasn’t enough for her. She wanted $50,000 a month. The issue is not the fact that he has more than enough money so what’s the big deal. The issue is that it’s 50’s money; not the baby mama’s. You can say what you want but 50 works hard for that money and he was doing right by her with the $25,000 but no she got greedy. She messed up and I bet that $25,000 is looking real good about now seeing as though the judge lowered the payments from $25,000 to like $6700.

It’s cheaper to buy condoms than to pay child support. From what I could see, Sean Levert was a regular guy, not a ballin’ out of control celebrity, so do you know how long it took for him to accumulate $85,000 in child support? Based on the fact that his family would have preferred him to go to jail as opposed to providing him with the money says a lot. And the fact that he was in jail was no ones fault but his own. You can only go to jail for child support when the state is involved, which means they are only looking out for the interest of the child, not the parent.
