Jay Z Boosts Oasis Sales
Jay Z was in London, England last night sipping expensive champagne and not giving a damn about his employees who filed a class action lawsuit against him yesterday in a Manhattan court.
What happened to the brother from the Marcy projects? Has he forgotten where he came from and how hard he had to struggle to get there? Don’t you hate people like him who get ahead and forget who they leave behind?
Meanwhile, Jay Z inadvertently boosted the sales of Oasis’ albums when he opened his Glastonbury set with the group’s classic rock hit “Wonderwall”. He intended to mock the group’s front man Noel Gallagher who dissed Jay Z in the London press. But Jay Z’s plan backfired though. According to the BBC, sales of the group’s song has increased 200% and the tune will hit the UK’s Top 100 by the end of the week.

Well I like Jay and Naomi so I don’t have anything bad to say. LOL call me soft but if I like you you can do no wrong in my eyes.
I am so torn when people say they forget where they came from. If the projects in NY are anything like the projects in Ohio I would want to forget where I came from too. Are we supposed to carry the whole hood on our backs. I am all for helping a brother or sister out but the mentality of the people has to change first.

Jay-Z’s headline performance at the Glastonbury festival on Saturday has helped boost the rapper’s record sales.
The rapper’s 2004 single 99 Problems is set to go straight into the Top 25 of the UK singles chart this weekend.
His Linkin Park duet Numb/Encore, which he closed his Glastonbury set with, is also likely to return to the Top 40.

Jay-Z hosted a dinner with GQ at Berkeley Square in London as one of his many events. Naomi Campbell and Jimmy Choo attended the dinner also.

Hov’s helping Oasis make money is actually the ultimate diss–they wasn’t nothing but some whining bishes they didn’t even pose a problem til Hova put his lips on their tune and resurrected it! Oasis is like a charity case that was complaining and Hov gave them a donation!
Lawsuits are nothing more than a cost of doing business, a necessary evil, the nature of the beast. The man has teams of LAWYERS whom he well pays to deal with these problems. He doesn’t need to sweat and worry about this because it’s already taken care of. One way or the other.

Well. Not only did Hov make history at the Error! Hyperlink reference not valid. due to a performance of his mocking version of Oasis’ “Wonderwall”– which he to turned into a dis towards the rock group– but according to a UK website, Hov actually boosted the sales of “Wonderwall,” which is expected to re-enter the UK Top 100 singles chart. This song was released back in 1995. The album from which this single appears, entitled What’s the Story (Morning Glory), has already seen a 200% sales increase.
To add further insult, Hov went from the Oasis dis right to an explosive performance of “99 PROBLEMS,” which was, without a doubt, directed towards Gallagher and whoever else. THIS SINGLE, ACCORDING TO THE SOURCE, ALSO APPEARED IN THE MID-WEEK UK SINGLE CHARTS, AND IS EXPECTED TO PEAK AT A TOP 25 DOWNLOADS POSITION. “ENCORE,” WHICH WAS ALSO PERFORMED, HIT THE UK TOP 40.
Jay-Z’s headlining set went down in history as the most talked about performance at Glastonbury– ever. After talking all that sh*t about hip-hop being at the festival, hip-hop ended up writing Gallagher a fat check, and beat out his group in the popularity category. I have yet to hear a statement come from this clown in regards to this. But what can he say? He’s probably choked up since he was forced to eat his words. On top of being angered that his least favorite genre put some extra money in his pocket.
Looking at the crowd it’s plain to see that Gallagher was terribly wrong. Before you run your mouth, do your homework.

I can’t stand this ugly bast/ard..He is so arrogant now. Everybody say he use to be down to earth. You shouldn’t let money or fame change you for the worst. He has indeed forgotten where he came from, and by that meaning, he’s forgotten the person he use to be, which was probably a better person. He appears greedy and egotistical to me, and i think he’ll step all over others to accomplish his goals. For people like this, i pray that God starts them over, and then, and only then will they see the error of their ways. Everything he got, he didn’t get it from God. The Devil blesses people too. The Devil will give you the world if you worship he and do the things he wants you to do. But on the other hand, he also takes those same people’s lives by bringing their empire to a ruin through corruption or some sort of sin or weakness on person’s part. And he simply moves on to the next person who can garner a large following where he can also get them people to worship a human being, therefore, doing what God has said not to do, don’t worship any human beings…this means our lives. Satan uses people to make God unhappy, and he ropes us in with money, fame, and fortune, and if he can get one person to worship and influence many thousands of people, he’ll continue to bless them so they can do his work.
