PICS: Rocko’s Birthday Party Hosted By Monica @ Straits (12/28)
Atlanta’s own Monica threw a private birthday bash for her fiance Rocko last night at Straits and all of Atlanta’s elite came through to wish Rocko a happy birthday. The event was held at the restaurant owned by Mo’s cousin Ludacris who turned his restaurant over to Mo for the night.
Family and close friends dined on Asian delicacies in the private upstairs VIP area while guests networked in the lounge downstairs. Even though the party was private, word got out and it was standing room only for the rest of the night. Everyone had a ball!
You might read rumors on other blogs about T.I. snatching up Tiny and dragging her out into the parking lot where a shouting match ensued. But don’t believe any of it. Fighting in public is so not like them.

Rocko FINALLY smiled and he dont look half bad!!! They look happy…Im so glad Monica has weathered the many storms she was dealt in the past. She has truly emerged as a strong beautiful black woman!! No matter what, she STILL STANDING!! I wish her and Rocko the best in 09

Why do guys insist on taking pictures with their wives/fiances/baby mama’s and the guys have them ganked around the neck? Isn’t that a possession thing? I find that so irritating. Then I see he does it with the fellas in the next picture so maybe that is a him thing.

@ Yvonne .. i met Pastor Troy when i first moved to Atl 6 yrs ago .. he was in a resturant in the underground .. all the lil kids were clammoring for a autograph .. so when he came out .. i was like .. who are u .. and why they askin for your autograph .. he said .> I’m pastor troy .. i was like wow … you got a church … he cracked up … and said no ma’am …and bought me and my son’s lunch at Johnny Rockets … lol

As for TI and his situation, i hope that he didn’t drag her into the parking lot… but every couple has disagreements from time to time and why should they be any different. It’s easy for blogs to take a simple disagreement and exaggerate it into a full fight w/ two black eyes and a broken rib.
