    On a serious note though – I am glad that this didn’t become one of those long and drawn out ordeals where people won’t give up any info. (IE Busta’s peeps)

    I hope this bring some solace to the family.

    I know the laws are different in everystate…….But down here…..he would be doing life……

    iyonah says:

    @ goat – where are you located??

    @ everyone what do yall think about the laws overall – shoudl they be 1 in the same for all areas?

    Ex. School laws, homicide, murder, robbery, rape, etc. They aren’t UNIFORM @ all.

  16. 16
    Amulet says:

    I agree iyonah, they should be the same in every state for each crime.

    @Iyonah~

    You are right all laws should apply across the board but I am finding that money talks BS walks. If you got that money anything goes. Look at us (CA) marijuana is legal. Imagine that!!!! But its not legal in no other state its a capital crime. Not saying that its good but they come up with bogus reasons to have certain laws they legalized marijuana for the cancer patients bascially sick people period. You can have back pains and smoke. It;s just crazy there is so much more that I want to say but then I would be here all day.

    I live in Texas and lethal injection or the electric chair is what they used down here very frequently and I think that all laws should be the same not different.

  26. 26
    shanie says:

    @mizzdallas….

    We have that law here but again it does not apply often. As soon as our jails get too crowded they start releasing folks left and right. They will release the rapists and child predators before they will release the bank robbers and that Swartzenhater ooh I dont even want to get on him always begging for money but not putting it towards what it should be used for I swear its a conspiracy.

    iyonah says:

    Oh … I am up north and these MOFO’s be 3rd and 4th time offenders before they are put away for real. Personally I think the laws should be uniform. I am on the fence about the death penalty. I feel like its not our place but then again, I wouldn’t want a serial rapist or killer able to see the light of day or the green grass.

    iyonah says:

    “rapists and child predators” – now that’s *SS backwards — what state is this in?

  29. 29
    shanie says:

    CALIFORNIA

  30. 30
    shanie says:

    They dont do ish to them like that……just like a couple of months ago they had a known child rapist walking around the UCLA campus and Santa Monica and all they could say was that is his past we cant arrest him but yet he stalking and looking at women and children man this is BS.

  31. 31
    2bme says:

    that’s b.s sexual offenders do NOT change, there is no rehabilitation for them and anyone who tells you that is full of it…it’s an urge thay cannot shake worse than any drug out there..

  32. 32
    shanie says:

    @2bme~

    my point exactly……laws are so baised!

  33. 33
    2bme says:

    i’d rather have a young gamg member released then a child predator..at least with the gang member you can actually teach him, many have changed their ways because a real man/woman shows them what they are lacking..rapists, predators of children..no rehab it is a known chemical imbalance.
