Oscar nominee Taraji P. Henson was fierce on the red carpet at the 15th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards over the weekend. She wore a dazzling white silk Herve Leroux halter gown. She can’t go wrong in white! We can’t wait to see what Taraji will wear as she strolls onstage to accept her Oscar for Best Supporting Actress at the Academy Awards.

@Bird did you read Monicas explaination as to why Rocco plead no contest? If not it was what I said the lawyer advised him to so he could put it behind him. She said the sec. guard tossed the girl around but she picked the person with “money” to sue and he would have ended up in jail had he been the one that really hit her that night.

Also Vanessa can’t act so a sitcom is a no go. Do you watch Baldwin Hills?

I’m going to need to know how Tocarra can drop weight like that and keep her assets because as soon as I start seriously working out my boobs and butt are the first thing to go and my hubby hates it. I’m starting a personal training next month so maybe he can help me. Tocorra looks really nice though. I agree she shouldn’t lose another inch.

My girl Taraji was KILLING IT!! at the SAG awards and so was Viola Davis. I didn’t know Viola was that cute with her chocolate self. We need to see the back of Taraji’s dress, it’s really nice.

As for Ron Paul yea I heard that he took money from the clan don’t know the whole story nor do I care…this man is point with a lot of his ideas. I vote with who I like not who my race supports

@ Daisy yeah I know it has money for other programs/institutions in here but the money would be better spent helping people stay in their homes and not have to worry about being behind in their mortgage. This will free people up to spend money again and get the economy going not throwing out billions of dollars like the last stimulus package.

I think a lot of the Top Model contestants work but we don’t see them because we don’t watch runway shows. When you see the Where Are They Now shows you generally see who signed them, where they moved (alot of them are overseas, and stuff. I think the Season that Tocarra was in (in which Eva won) had the most successful contestants. It’s good exposure for them.

@Diva I love Jaslene and she works in print and runway. She gets her work in. Eva the diva is on Y&R and just had a new ad campaign for somebody earlier this mth or last. Jaslene, Tocarra and Eva the diva are my FAVS! I no longer watch top model though. Its so boring now.

I hope the baby feels better. Both of my kids have asthma so I know the feeling. When they were little it helped to have a home provider instead of daycare.

@Yeah I have a home provider she’s the best…all the kids leave reading on a Kindergarten or First grade level. There’s only 5 other children there including my son but one of the mothers works at a Kindergarten and her child’s nose is always snotting so I’m guessing she keeps getting sick from there. As long as it doesn’t turn into pneumonia again I’ll be happy.

Ugh! I hate those nebulizers! But my 3 year old is a trip – he knows when he needs it, will set it up and call me to put in the medication and plug it in, sit down, turn it on, put the mask over his face and start breathing! LOL!

Hello All. First of all, for what it’s worth, both ladies look really nice. I wish I could drop about 15 lbs but alas, the loss would probably be all in my butt and Lord knows I can use all the butt I got plus some. (I was in the corner sleep when God was passing out butt:) Second, it seems that Sandra closes her anti-Obama post before anyone can comment. What’s up with that? Seems to me she’s losing some of her regulars because of this and it also seems that she doesn’t care. Just doesn’t add up, blogs are for commenting, period. well commenting on the Obama thing… i voted for obama and have the utmost confidence and faith in the man… but ONLY thing that bothers me is his stance on terror… i am extremely bias as a family member my aunt died in the WTC on 9/11 so i can care less about terriost rights and things like that so i am curious how the closing of Gitmo and his other actions will play out…. that said i was not gung ho on bush and thought he singlehandingly prevented any further attacks either ..so again Obama may be wanting to play peace the wrong way and that worries me

@whoever lost a loved one during 9-11 I am sorry for your loss but I believe Bush is a terroist for bombing a country that didnt have anything to do with 9-11 and killing way more innocent civilans (women and kids) than what died on 9-11. I feel we should hold any and all terroist accountable but in doing so we must not become terrorist ourselves. Sandra wants to see if Obama will keep us safe but 9-11 happened under Bush’s watch.

I’m sorry to hear about your aunt. But I LOVE it when people think things through instead of just following the crowd. Keep watching how Obama sucks up to terrorists. He has a history of associating himself with radicals who hate America but people pretend not to notice. Notice how he doesn’t reach out to the Russians who are a serious formidable threat to America? How do you suck up to Muslim terrorists who killed thousands of Americans?
