A Queens woman has filed a $15 million lawsuit against HIV positive baseball star Roberto Alomar for insisting on having unprotected sex with her.
llya Dall, 31, said she lived with Alomar for three years and knew something was up when she watched his health begin to deteriorate.
Alomar, 41, finally got tested when he developed a persistent cough, fatigue and shingles. By then, according to the suit, Alomar's skin had turned purple, he was foaming at the mouth and a spinal tap "showed he had full-blown AIDS." His HIV results came back positive "on or about Feb.6, 2006," according to court documents.
Dall knew about the test results but claims in her suit that Alomar "insisted" upon having unprotected sex with her.
Alomar retired from baseball due to "health issues" in 2005.
Dall is demanding at least $15 million in punitive damages for emotional stress, and exposing her children to the virus.
"He jeopardized the health, well-being and life of the plaintiff, which caused her to have a fear of contracting AIDS, often referred to as AIDS phobia," the suit says.

Former supermodel Veronice Webb successfully hailed a cab in NYC yesterday. No doubt the cab driver peeped that big ass Louis bag she was carrying and pulled right over. If you've ever tried to hail a cab in NY you know those racist cab drivers take one look at your skin color and keep it moving. Photo: Splash News Online
Actress Sharon Stone created quite a stir at LAX when she sashayed through two days ago. That's right Grand Diva: let the paeans struggle with your Louis bags while you give them LIFE! That's going to be me one day. Photo: INF DAILY
Poor Rihanna. Now they're saying not only did her former boyfriend Chris Brown bite, kick and punch Rihanna, but he also choked her out too!
According to E Online!, Rihanna told the LAPD that the squabble started after they left Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party.
An enraged CB pulled his rented Lamborghini over to the curb so Rihanna could get out and walk back to their hotel. But instead, Rihanna snatched the keys out of the ignition and tossed them out the window, which further enraged CB.
CB scrambled out of the car in search of the keys and when he couldn't find them he returned to the car and proceeded to choke Rihanna into submission.
The last words she heard him say before losing consciousness were, "I'm going to kill you, b*tch!" Hence, the terroristic threats police lodged against him.
It's easy for woman beater like Chris Brown to bite, punch and kick a small female like Rihanna into submission. But it isn't so easy when his opponent is another man.
Several male industry insiders, who are close friends of Rihanna, have expressed a desire to dish out their own special brand of justice the next time they see Chris -- which, coincidently, will be on March 5th when CB makes his first court appearance in LA.
A couple of decent, honorable brothas plan to be in court that day as well. Speaking of brothas -- will Rihanna's own brother put his foot on Chris Brown in court?
Above and below are video examples of family members serving up their own courtroom justice.
Yesterday, First Lady Michelle Obama visited the children at Mary's Center, a Washington D.C. community center. This was Michelle's first solo excursion to the hood since moving into the White House with her husband and kids. What else is she going to do with her time with no job to speak of? During one touching moment, this 5-year-old asked Mrs. Obama, if she and Barack lived in the same house. Mrs. Obama assured the child that they did indeed live together in the same house. It's interesting to note that most of the kids at the community center come from broken homes.
Brazil is getting ready for it's annual Carnaval festival with 12,000 freshly painted Barack Obama masks. Would you say the skin color is a little off on these masks? Brazil's Carnaval festival runs from Feb. 20 to Feb. 22.

Can you guess which one is Beyoncé?

T.I. stated that after hearing about the unfortunate incident between pop and R&B's power couple, he reached out -- not to his good friend Rihanna -- but to his home boy Chris, whom T.I. said was "a little concerned."
"I spoke to him today," Tip told Daly. "He's cool, you know. He's a little concerned about the situation, but he's still the same Chris."
T.I. continued, "I told him, 'This too shall pass.' We're celebrities, we're entertainers, but we're still human — all of us,"
It did strike some as odd that T.I. seemed to be casually brushing aside the serious domestic violence charges against Brown.
Of course, those who know T.I. knew that he wasn't making light of the situation. But T.I.'s label, Atlantic Records, moved quickly to minimize the damage anyway by releasing a label-approved, politically correct statement to MTV yesterday.
After careful consideration I realized I made the mistake of commenting before understanding the situation. I myself am no stranger to media scrutiny. My only intention was to support both Rihanna and Chris during these times. My heart goes out to both of them.
If anything, T.I. taking sides with Chris Brown should quiet the rumors that T.I. and Rihanna were ever kicking it.
In other Chris Brown news, his stepfather -- the one he wanted to kill for abusing his mom -- told Access Hollywood that he wasn't surprised at the charges against Brown.
“[Chris] has to take responsibility for his own actions," Hawkins told Access Hollywood. When asked about the allegations that he abused Chris' mom, Hawkins responded, "I never raised a hand at his mom. We (Brown’s mother and I) argued frequently… As far as physical abuse there was no physical abuse.” [LINK]
Henrietta Hughes and her son lived in their pick up truck for "over a year" until that fateful day (yesterday) when she attended a Barack Obama town hall meeting -- in the front row no less.
Henrietta took the mic to tell Barack how homeless she was and to make a plaintive plea for a home, and a car.
Now Henrietta and her son are homeless no more. Henrietta and her son have a $150,000 home rent free -- thanks to the generosity of an Obama supporter, who just happened to have a $150,000 house laying around!
There is simply no truth to the rumors that Henrietta was a plant and that this was all pre-arranged for the media.
And even if it was pre-arranged, don't all politicians (and fake faith healers) have plants in the crowd?
When it rains, it pours -- milk, that is. The good folks over at Goodby Silverstein & Partners, the ad agency responsible for the "Got Milk" ad campaign, have seen fit to snatch another endorsement from woman beater Chris Brown.
This makes the second major endorsement lost by the "Run IT" singer since news broke that he punched, kicked and bit singer Rihanna into submission and put her in the hospital.
And if that's not bad enough, a Cleveland radio station PD pulled all of Chris Brown's music from it's play List. Java Joel, evening personality for Cleveland’s Hit Music Channel 96.5 KISS FM, took calls from angry listeners demanding to know why the station was continuing to play Brown's music.
Program Director Bo Matthews of KISS FM said:
“His listeners have strong feelings about these unfortunate events, and he made the decision to take the Chris Brown songs OFF the radio while he is on the air. I then made the decision to rid the whole station of Chris Brown songs while this plays out. We are fans of Chris Brown’s music, and this is not something that will last forever. But it appears that Chris has made some poor choices, we are following the lead of our listeners, and we will not be supporting Chris Brown on 96.5 Kiss FM in Cleveland until the alleged situation gets resolved." It's great to know that some black men somewhere still have respect for black women!
