T.I., Ludacris Support Atlanta Flood Victims

Good for them:

TMZ has learned The Ludacris Foundation has partnered up with Home Depot and Sam’s Club to help victims of the Atlanta floods — which City Hall officials say caused $61 million in damages and wrecked nearly 500 homes.

We spoke to a rep for the foundation, who told us Luda and T.I. are donating $10,000 each to the cause.

The Foundation’s rep told us they are planning a large food bank and a gift card giveaway that could happen as soon as Friday.

LOVE Luda, I just read that he’s getting a philanthropy award for his contributions and commitment to helping others. Really proud of Luda for TRULY giving back.

As far as T.I…he probably paid more for those guns he purchased or as coar said Tinys handbags but I guess he gets credit for giving something.

Well thats more than I can say about people who show favor to those who are known publicly instead of those who aren’t as fortunate to get industry loans or post their bank acct numbers on blogs for donations *side eye*

Way to go Luda and TI :cheer:

How about some of the insurance companies help the people out…..regardless if they have flood insurance or not…some people probably been paying on a policy for 30 yrs without a single claim filed(where all that money at right now, probably in some CEO’s beach or lake house)….ya’ll depend to much on celebs and rappers these days…..evident from yesterday’s Jay-z post……
