Michael wanted to call it this is it, because it was going to be the final performances with his brothers. Now he chose this title so that it was sure that he was not going to perform anymore after This is it.

According to MTV.com this song was written by MJ in 1980 and recorded for the Dangerous CD in 1991 but never released.
