A loyal reader who shall remain nameless, emailed me to ask is this chick’s butt real?
Hey Sandra how are you? I was forwarded that attachment via email and asked was that real. I responded saying the the girls thighs match but I didn’t know. I figured you being a registered nurse you would know better than I. Can you please do a medical minute on hydrogel butt shots that all these girls seem to be getting these days.
I’m the wrong person to ask this question because (a) my eyes naturally gravitate to a woman’s face first rather than her assets, and (b) nowhere in the medical field do we administer butt injections filled with hydrogel or silicone.
Besides, I prefer chicks whose parts are proportionate to the rest of her body. She can be big or small, short or tall, but the parts have to match.
But if I had to take a wild guess, I would say she’s a fraud. Isn’t it funny how black men don’t mind dating women who are frauds inside and out?

Her assets look real to me, but I’m no plastic surgeon. What kills me is folks always assume a woman who has a big ass has to have gone under the knife. There are plenty of sistas who have naturally big asses. Hell, I went to high school with one in the early to mid-80s. Her ass was humongous and she was a petite chick with a tiny waist. All she had was ass. I know another chick with a huge ass and chicken little legs. That’s just how she’s shaped. No surgical enhancements.

I understand the point is to turn men on and make money off of their lust, but why? What does that do for you, as a human being? I think it’s more of an industry thing, these women want to get jobs and they think in order to do that they need big butts. And sadly, to get these hip hop jobs, they do. Without a whole lot of talent, they show off their bodies.
