No one believes Kelly Rowland got her hawt bod from a DVD

Earlier I told you about Queen Latifah’s ex-lover, Jeanette Jenkins, making an exercise DVD with singer Kelly Rowland. According to That B*tch, Jeanette posted stills from her DVD on her facebook page last night. Although the images from the DVD are visually appealing, what’s the point of the DVD when we all know Kelly didn’t hone her naturally hawt bod from trying Jeanette’s exercises?

These celebrity exercise DVDs are entertaining, and they provide something to do while passing the time. But there should be a disclaimer on the packaging that there is no guarantee you will look like Kelly Rowland just by exercising to a DVD.

Yeah, Kelly is naturally thin, but that doesn’t mean she can’t be a good example for women to strive toward…she’s always been thin, but cute shaped to me…

Even if Kelly did have some type of surgical help with her incredible hawtness, it’s still very obvious she works out. And as long as this DVD can encourage these fat azz black women walking around with the fat falling out of their clothes to get off thier fat butts and move around…good. Fat ain’t hawt, not even Black fat..it’s just fat.
BTW, my sister gained 30lbs during pregnancy and started doing that Insanity workout. She looks incredible and is in the best shape of her life. So some of these DVD’s do work.

I’ve been doing the Insanity workout for over a month now. It’s really insane lol, and I do see a huge difference in my abs and my legs only after one month. I got tired of doing the same run, elliptical cardio workouts at the gym so I decided to get Insanity and it’s tough workouts, but so rewarding.

Hello All. Why do huge, obese women wear leggings as pants, with no tunic as cover? I can kinda, sorta see black ones but white and pink leggings, that show every bulge and every ripple they got? Yea, but with P90X I hear you have to use weights majority of the time. I’m not trying to gain too much muscle mass.

You can use resistance bands and you will get great results. I use light weights and also the bands

I wasn’t going to comment at first, but I agree. Kelly’s been slim since day 1. Her body hasn’t gone through any change other than that of a teen to woman. She was never fat, and I highly doubt she consulted Q’s ex for personal training.

FAIL. This would’ve been more plausible with JHUD, but she accepted jenny craig’s ad campaign. #band
