Tameka Foster is currently at home nursing her sick 2-year-old son back to health. We know that because she tweeted a pic of the child stretched out on a sofa today. She wants us to know that she’s a good mother. Or she could be posting pics of the baby in order to gain sympathy.

As you know, Foster, 45, has filed yet another legal action in the ongoing child custody dispute with her ex-husband, Usher Raymond, 33.

This time Foster, who still uses her ex-husband’s last name, seeks to strip Usher of his parental rights to their two boys. After TMZ broke the story this morning, Foster took to her Twitter page to grouse about the media coverage, and about her ex in particular.

“Haha I love how this guy manages to always be the victim. So masterful. Its amazing,” she tweeted. In another tweet, she wrote, “To play innocent victim? Oh. That’s crafty… & hilarious.”

But wouldn’t it be considered “crafty” to exploit your sick child on a social networking site to prove a point?

The only thing that could happen to them with a responsible parent is an accident-which only a stupid person would pose a question such as “why didn’t she know”. I think she’s doing too much. What makes Usher a better parent? Money?if the rumors ARE true about him letting his chick puppet him ( which I believe because he allegedly stopped talking to his mama due to Meka) then he is NOT a good parent. They need to get along until them boys turn 18. The older kids get the more aware they are and 8 out of 10 times kids will be Team Mom and hate daddy. I agree. I didn’t speak on the Saks thing…no idea about it. I just think it’s childish to tweet about your child’s father…especially when he’s a well known celeb. If you love your kids, how can you publically bash their father? It’s so tacky to me. I believe she was villianized by Usher’s female fans (who I am not nor have I ever been). However, she has made herself look bad with all the constant drama. She should keep it quiet and raise her kids, in my opinion.

Maybe the Sachs card was in the divorce decree, I dont know but what I do know is twitter is not the source of communication on this matter. This is fukkin real life with kids involved. You dont have to tweet saying how he always plays the victim. You two are grown individuals who decided to have sex and make two babies so it is your job to take the high road even when yo azz want to somebody. And I don’t know how good of a father Usher is…but in EVERY interview Tameka has done, she states how wonderful and attentive he is as one.

And Usher is constantly photographed staging activities with those boys. BOTH of them need to chill out and think about what’s best for the boys…

Just cause he is a good father doesn’t mean she doesn’t want him to follow the divorce decree (if he isn’t) I don’t know who shot John and who is on first but most people assume it has to be Tameka’s fault when none of us know the full story. They both could be at fault but most will only blame her.

Saks card aside, I see nothing wrong with Tameka:

-wanting to know when the children are going out-of-state
-being the first choice of care when Usher is working
-having them for holidays
-meeting any nanny Usher hires beforehand

If these are things Usher already agreed upon but isn’t following, then Tameka has every right to file papers.
