Once again, Beyoncé was caught telling a bold faced lie after claiming she attended her husband Jay Z’s concert at Carnegie Hall on Monday night.
But was she really lying this time?
On Tuesday, the 40/40 club’s PR people sent out an email stating, “Despite various reports, Beyoncé did not attend Jay-Z’s concert.”
Indeed, the only photos we saw of Beyoncé were when she was leaving Jay Z’s 40/40 club after the concert.
Beyoncé herself added to the confusion when a NY Daily News reporter caught up to her outside the 40/40 club. The reporter specifically asked Bey if she attended the concert.
Shortly after the booty-licious mama arrived at her husband’s 40/40 Club for post-concert festivities Monday night, we asked her if she’d gone to the show.
“Yes,” she told us, calling her spouse’s concert “amazing.”
Apparently, Jay Z and his people were concerned that not enough mention was made of Beyoncé’s appearance at the 40/40 Club after the concert. The 40/40 Club needs all the publicity it can get. As you know, the bar came under scrutiny when the city’s health department shut them down for failing an inspection one day after the grand re-opening last month.
The club’s PR went to great lengths to inform the media that Beyoncé’s “first public appearance” was actually at the club. Thus, contradicting Beyoncé’s statement to the reporter claiming that she attended Jay Z’s concert.
“Beyoncé toured the club for the first time since its renovation,” the e-mail read reiterated.
The couple’s reps went so far as to say Beyoncé skipped the show entirely on Monday due to issues concerning the baby at home.
“You know how first-time mothers are,” said the source.
Yes, we know how first time mothers are. They don’t leave their newborn babies to go club hopping while wearing tight dresses with their breasts popping out of their dresses.

Who goes out when they’re baby is about a month old! I couldn’t leave my daughter for a second. I hated even leaving her with someone when I had to go to the grocery store. I can’t imagine getting dressed up and out for a night on the town. That baffles me….For the first two months of my child’s life, I stayed in the house only place I went were to Dr’s appointments and groceries…..

It is possible to loose the baby bump after a month, I did. I’m naturally a skinny chick, and I gained 50 lbs during my pregnancy with my daughter. I never lost all the weight, but shit I needed to keep some of it. But I sure did loose all the weight to my stomach. Within a month, I was back in skinny jeans and all that, with a girdle of course. Plus I breast fed my daughter, which I felt was directly responsible for me losing that baby bump. This may not be the case for everyone, or every pregnancy. With my second, my son that was not the case. Here I am, a year later and a few years older than when I had my first and still struggling to loose the baby bump. And with both cases I did nothing to try and loose the weight.
All i’m saying is, it is possible.
So long as we’re hypothesizing here – from the looks of things in that there picture, I’d say cousin Angie must be the surrogate.

But you looking at a pic of Pink in woman pants, a shirt with no gertle, during the day. If pink was to get dressed up, she wouldn’t looked like that.
And I dunno alot about pregnancy, but I’ve heard everyone say that women’s bodies are different.

BLu you are so right! after I had my sone I snapped back right to my weight. My stomach was flat , I just had a little fat pouch , but my mom bought me a full body girdle which held it right in. I’m sure that’s what Bey wears when she out.
