Vanessa Bryant could count her cash for a week and still leave piles of money untouched. So why doesn't she leave her womanizing husband, Kobe Bryant? The simple answer is: status.

In a recent interview, Vanessa gave a glimpse into her pampered lifestyle that made it abundantly clear why she stays with a man who continuously cheats on her.

"I’ve been with Kobe since I was 17, so I’ve seen plenty of players, and plenty of wives, come and go," she said in an interview with New Yorker magazine. "And I think that’s why the Lakers as an organization give me the access that I have -- that other wives don’t have.” She's talking about her access to the tunnel that leads to the locker room that the other wives can't access. She has all of Kobe's money, but her exclusive access to the team tunnel is priceless.

Obama said Joe Biden misspoke -- that what Biden really meant to say was the Romney/Ryan ticket would put voters back in "restraints."

"In no sense was he trying to connote something other than that," said Obama in an interview with People magazine on Wednesday.
