Raymond vs Raymond hearing concludes

The judge presiding over the contentious Raymond vs Raymond child custody hearing called an emergency meeting after closing arguments today. This, according to my confidential source who was seated in the courtroom during closing arguments.

The confidential source told Sandrarose.com there were two high points in the closing from both sides in this case: Tameka wants her child support to increase by 3k monthly, she also wants her nanny pay to be reimbursed to her in the amount of 34k. She doesn’t want Usher to have over night guests while the kids are with him, and she is adamant about having him return her Sak’s Fifth Avenue credit card back to her.

Tameka’s attorney Lisa West was emotionally moved in court when she learned that Usher is refusing to pay her attorney fees. Both parties asked for an emergency hearing to determine exactly what was spent for Tameka’s legal fees. This move will likely delay the decision by the judge to rule on the overall case. West’s legal fees are said to have exceeded $125k and Usher has already paid his attorneys $250k.

@Twilight I was under the impression she has joint custody of her sons which is why she didn’t have them when Kyle was injured but I could be wrong. I also know she denied the Saks card part of this drama when she was on the radio

This whole case is sad and I wish that Usher would have just agreed to joint custody and keep it moving.

Initially what came out was that they had joint custody. They said after the attack on Ush and attempts for Grace, the whole Saks card debacle and her denying him to take the boys on the tour, things got messy. Apparently she threatened him that he was a pill head and was going to file for full in an attempt to have the card reinstated. He then decided to call her bluff and file for full which tends to work in a lot of well-to-do men’s favor here in Georgia. The additional 3000 was not asked for until he filed the paperwork because she said she wanted her cut of the last album which he testified he did not make much from the amount it grossed due to how many people had to get a cut from it

@LoveZoe..I read that the reason Usher had a problem with his kids flying coach….was that the kids were in coach with a nanny/babysitter on one airline….and Tameka was flying first class on a different airline…to the SAME destination!

Testimony continued on Wednesday in the child custody hearing of Grammy award winning singer Usher Raymond and his ex-wife, Tameka Foster.

Family friend Linda Brock-White testified on Wednesday that Foster is a hands-off mother who depended on nannies and family members to take care of her children.

Brock-White is the Godmother of Tameka’s 13-year-old son Ryan. Brock-White said that she had taken care of Ryan every weekend of his life. She testified that she noticed that Foster had the same lack of interaction with the two boys she had with Usher, 4-year-old Usher Raymond V and 3-year-old Naviyd.

“It was always someone else’s responsibility when it came to the two little ones,” said Brock-White.

Brock-White said that she traveled with the family last month to St. Barts in the Caribbean. During that trip, Brock-White said she flew with the two young children while Foster flew on a separate airline.

Almost $400k in atty fees? Again, this is all about egos moreso than the well being of kids or what’s best for them. I think Usher’s the one that filed this petition, so I can’t argue about her request for him to pay her legal fees. I dont know why they couldn’t be rationale and just work out their own arrangement.
