Greg McDowell reportedly saw his killer approach before he was gunned down as he led Bible study at Creflo Dollar’s World Changers church in College Park on Wednesday. McDowell, 39, was pronounced dead at South Fulton hospital following the 10:30 a.m. shooting. The suspected shooter, Floyd Palmer, 59, was taken into custody hours later outside Macy’s at Lenox Square Mall in Buckhead, north of Atlanta.

Court records obtained by WSB-TV reveal the former World Changers employee was committed to a mental hospital in Baltimore, Maryland in 2001 after pleading not criminally responsible for shooting another man.

A witness told WSB-TV that Palmer followed the unidentified man outside and shot him for no apparent reason.

Court records show Palmer was released from the mental hospital a year later with unspecified 5 year conditions. The 2001 victim is paralyzed, according to a family member.

Former Xscape singer Tameka “Tiny” Harris covers next month’s issue of Rolling Out magazine. Tameka dishes about her life as a businesswoman, being the wife of rap superstar Tip “T.I” Harris, and being mother to 6 children (3 of them biological).

Being a businesswoman seems to come easy to you, but how have you balanced that with being married? After being in a longtime relationship (with rap star T.I.), has marriage changed anything?
“A lot of people say that things change — and maybe my husband might say something different — but I don’t really see much of a change. I just feel like I’ve been doing some of the same things as a married woman, that I was doing years before … so it’s kind of like continuing on with the papers now. Honestly, I’m just enjoying it. I’m enjoying being called a wife, because it’s different than just being in a relationship … it feels a little better now.”

“You know, kids have good instincts,” Obama said during an interview with Rolling Stone in the Oval office of the White House. “They look at the other guy and say, ‘Well, that’s a bullshitter, I can tell.'”
