Curbed NY (via Estalker) reports Hollywood Power couple Beyonce and Jay Z spent a whopping $200,000 to lease this glass and stucco Holmby Hills mansion.
The custom home, which is listed on the open market for $45 million, was featured on last week’s episode of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles. Will Beyonce and Jay Z make a surprise appearance on Million Dollar Listing LA this season?

Estalker hears that the world-running power couple spent a month at the mansion between the end of their solo tours and the start of their Bonnie and Clyde-ish On the Run tour, which wrapped up in Paris last Saturday. Designed by Quinn Architects and developed by the luxury-focused Milan-based developers at Estate 4, the sleek, 16,000-square-foot abode was finished early this year, and first offered in a non-public listing for $48M in April…
Features that they might have enjoyed during their stay: an infinity pool, wine cellar, a catering kitchen, a large master bedroom with three walk-in closets and a roomy private terrace, a lighted, synthetic grass tennis court, and 6,500 square feet of multi-terraced outdoor living spaces. For now, Real Estalker’s word is the only thing supporting the rumor, but the couple’s history of spending, say, $400K for a single month in the Hamptons, would seem to support this kind of rental splurge. According to Zillow, the home was taken off the market just this morning.
