Rapper Tip “T.I.” Harris vented his frustration at gossip blog TMZ and founder Harvey Levin for profiting off of his sister, Precious Harris’s death.

T.I. vented his anger and frustration in an Instagram story on Thursday, moments after TMZ published a coroner’s report that attributed his sister’s death to “cocaine toxicity.”

“TMZ and Harvey, y’all been profiting off of people’s pain. You dig what um saying,” T.I. said. “People die. People around them; the families who are grieving. You know what um saying. Y’all putting information out there that really disrupts their grieving [process].”

A coroner’s report, obtained by TMZ, indicates Precious died from a cardiac arrhythmia (irregular heart rhythm) brought on by cocaine toxicity which aggravated her preexisting hypertension (high blood pressure).

The cocaine in her blood elevated her blood pressure which triggered an abnormal heart rhythm that disrupted the blood flow to her brain, causing her to black out behind the wheel.

Precious, 66, was driving T.I.’s Dodge Challenger with his grandniece, Kiari Chapman, in the passenger seat when she suddenly lost consciousness and the car veered off the road and hit a light pole.

Precious was placed on a ventilator machine to breathe for her in a hospital intensive care unit. She passed away on Feb. 21 without ever regaining consciousness.
