Beyoncé, 29, landed at Nice airport in France yesterday to rehearse for her upcoming concerts there. Bey wore a striking black & white outfit from head to toe. She accessorized her outfit with a pair of sharp looking Gianmarco Lorenzi.

But it was her gaunt, sickly appearance that caught the attention of her fans in Europe and stateside. Beyoncé looked shockingly thin! A confidential source tells that Bey is worried sick about her new album, entitled '4'.

Her concerned fans took to blogs and message boards yesterday to discuss her sudden weight loss.

Even though she's half the woman she used to be, Beyoncé tried to put on a game face for her European fans.

According to a Columbia records source, the release date for Bey's fourth studio album has been pushed back to add a couple of dance tracks in hopes of appeasing her gay fans who are unhappy with the current product. The new release date will be announced sometime this week.

As you know, Jennifer Hudson fell ill with severe stomach pains while performing on ABC's Good Morning America Summer Concert Series on Friday. She was rushed to a NYC hospital where she was reportedly treated for food poisoning and released a few hours later.

It wasn't long before rumors began swirling that the 29-year-old Oscar winner was actually experiencing complications from a gastric lap-band procedure she underwent in 2009.

Yesterday evening, someone from Jennifer's camp left this comment on my blog:

TheVoiceOfReason says:

I have read all the garbage and now will insert a few facts.

Star Jones, with all her lies, has ruined massive weight loss for all Black women. Lap Band Surgery is the first thing out of haters mouths when a woman of color loses a large amount of weight, not so fast.

The Facts: Jennifer’s weight loss journey lasted 20 months (not 3 or 6) and it began days after her son’s birth in August of 2009. Her journey began by walking several miles a day and totally changing her eating habits. For a year she ate nothing but baked chicken or fish with brown rice and veggies and lost only about 20 pounds or so. Racked with frustration Jenn switched over to Weight Watchers which taught her portion control and the right combinations of food. WW in tandem with a 5-6 day a week workout routine caused the pounds to fall off. Jennifer does not eat tiny bites, she eats a full meal 5 times or so a day. She did not have Lap Band or any other type of weight loss surgey, period.

Anyone can do what she did, it just takes patience and discipline.

When travelling, as she often does, she tends to eat either restaurant or hotel room service food. Bottom line, her breakfast did not sit too well with her on Friday the 10th. Bad food coupled with singing and gyrating around the GMA stage just stirred up the gastric acids in her stomach causing intense cramping sending her to the ER. End of story.

Just because Star Jones lied does not mean that every Black woman lies about her weight loss journey. And do you really believe that Weight Watchers would open themselves to possible lawsuits of false advertising for Jennifer Hudson? I think not.

They say the couple that plays together, stays together. Here we have pics of Boston Celtics center Shaquille O'Neal and his reality star concubine, Hoopz, of TV's 'Flava of Love' fame, practicing their circus act.

O'Neal was sidelined with a calf injury during the Celtics sweep of the hapless NY Knicks in round 1 of the NBA playoffs. But he is expected to at least suit up when the Celtics face the Miami Heat for game 1 of the semifinals on Sunday, May 1st in Miami.

If Shaq still can't play by then, maybe Hoopz will sub for him. Look at the guns on her!

Star Jones, 49, looks like she is packing on the pounds again as she lunches at Nello's on Madison with a pal. She appears to have put back on 20-30 pounds after her weight loss of several years ago where she became very slim. She at a creamy dessert and sipped on white wine.

R&B singer Rihanna has been packing on the pounds lately. When fans spotted the "What's My Name" singer at Coachella music festival last week, they noted she looked a little pudgy. Though her concert tour is breaking records over in Europe, her friends say Rihanna is depressed over slow ticket sales in the United States.

RiRi's friends say it is her natural habit to pig out when she's feeling out of sorts.

Now comes word that the 23-year-old Barbados native caused costly re-editing delays after she shot a charity public service announcement for UNICEF. She held up the PSA schedule after complaining that she looked heavier than usual in the online video clip.

When the editors told her that it wasn't the video that was making her look fat, she bucked, and had to be calmed down by her handlers.

    According to Page Six:

The svelte songstress participated in UNICEF's Celebrity Tap campaign, which asks stars to donate bottles of their own tap water to raise money and awareness for impoverished children in need of clean drinking water globally.

British pop singer Adele, whose sophomore album, 21, just went platinum in America, graces the cover of Rolling Stone magazine this week.

In the cover story, Adele gave serious thought to our infatuation with her weight -- and why she always sits when she sings. Adele matter-of-factly said she's quite happy with her current size and she has no intentions of dieting or exercising any time soon.

Adele made no excuses for her weight. She said she loves eating sugary foods, and her weight gain is an acceptable side effect of her high caloric intake.

She said: "My life is full of drama and I won't have time to worry about something as petty as what I look like. I don't like going to the gym.

"I love my food. I like eating fine foods and drinking nice wine," she said.

Then, in an apparent dig at singers Rihanna and Beyoncé -- both of whom can't seem to keep their clothes on -- she added, "Even if I had a really good figure, I don't think I'd get my tits and ass out for no one."

Adele also reflected on her debilitating stage fright and her Stan-like worship of American singer Beyoncé.

"I'm scared of audiences. One show in Amsterdam I was so nervous I escaped out the fire exit. I've thrown up a couple of times.

"Once in Brussels I projectile vomited on someone. I just gotta bear it. But I don't like touring. I have anxiety attacks a lot."

"I was about to meet Beyoncé and I had a full-blown anxiety attack. Then she popped in looking gorgeous, and said, 'You’re amazing! When I listen to you I feel like I’m listening to God.'"

"I went out on the balcony crying hysterically, and I said, 'What would Sasha Fierce do?' That’s when Sasha Carter was born.'"

Adele's sophomore album, 21, soared up the charts in America to become the first platinum-selling album of 2011.

21 is also the most downloaded album in history on

She said 21 was inspired by her devastating breakup from her former boyfriend.

"He was artistic, but not romantic. We'd just bicker over a cup of tea or the fact that my lighter wasn't working," she said. "He made me an adult and put me on the road that I'm travelling on."
