Cuba Hands Over U.S. Fugitives Who kidnapped Their Sons and Fled to Cuba
A man who tied up his stepmother, kidnapped his 2 sons and fled to Cuba last week with his wife is back on U.S. soil.
Joshua Michael Hakken and his wife, Sharyn, were booked into a Hillsborough County jail in Florida after Cuban officials handed the couple over to U.S. officials late Tuesday, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
The couple, who were described by the media as “anti-government,” was charged with kidnapping, child neglect and interference with custody, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office website. The boys, Cole, 4, and Chase, 2, were returned to the custody of their maternal grandparents in Tampa, Florida.

Video: Watch the First African Gay Wedding
Tshepo Cameron Modisane and Thoba Calvin Sithol got married in a traditional African wedding ceremony that is being referred to as a “first” in Africa. The couple were surrounded by 200 family members and friends who wholeheartedly endorsed the wedding. The ceremony included the slaughtering of a cow (for good luck I guess); the exchanging of gifts, and the wearing of traditional ceremonial garb. The happy couple plan a “fairy tale white wedding” later this year. They hope to start a family soon, through the use of a surrogate, since gay men can’t yet give birth. Source

Halle Berry Reveals Baby Bump
Oscar winner Halle Berry says her 2nd pregnancy came as a “big surprise” to her and fiance Olivier Martinez. The glowing mommy caressed her growing baby bump on the red carpet at the Buenos Aires premiere of her new film The Call earlier today.
Berry, who once referred to her 4-year-old daughter, Nahla, as a sperm donation, told CNN, “I feel fantastic. This has been the biggest surprise of my life, to tell you the truth. I thought I was kind of past the point where this could be a reality for me,” she said. “So it’s been a big surprise and the most wonderful.” Berry said she wasn’t sure if she was having a boy. At 46, Berry is in the high risk category for pregnancy.
According to WebMD, a pregnant woman’s risk of miscarriage (and other health problems for her and the baby) increases if she is older than 35. Berry turns 47 on August 14.
