The competition was fierce between Blue Ivy and North West for the best celebrity kid Halloween costume. Power couple Beyonce and Jay Z dressed their daughter, Blue Ivy, as Michael Jackson, while Kanye West and Kim Kardashian dressed little Nori in a skunk costume.
