Tameka Foster-Raymond Checks Out of Hospital

The wife of R&B singer Usher was released from a Sao Paulo hospital after spending 11 days recovering from a cardiac arrest she suffered shortly before undergoing plastic surgery, a hospital spokeswoman said Wednesday.

Tameka Raymond left the Sirio-Libanes Hospital Monday night, said the spokeswoman, who spoke on condition of anonymity, per hospital policy. [LINK]

I hope she is doing well. People have to realize that plastic surgery can cost you your life, so that is something to always think about.

she had a nose job a few weeks ago here in the ATL but i guess she wanted to get the more serious work done out of the country. let’s hope she leaves that mess alone for good after this. with all the loot they have, she has access to the best trainers, nutritionists and chefs so there’s no real need for taking the shortcut and endangering your life.

it’s not like she’s the superstar, her husband is.

FROM THE HOSPITAL WEBSITE…

Inaugurated in 1994, the Hospital Sírio-Libanês Critical Cardiology Unit has the complete infrastructure for taking care of patients with any type of heart problem, quickly and safely, 24 hours a day.

There are 23 places available with heart monitors connected to a central monitoring unit, which is being watched full-time. The Unit was designed to provide uninterrupted service to patients who need specialized care in the medical, nursing and physiotherapy areas.

As well as monitoring the patient’s vital signs (electrocardiogram, pulse oximetry, invasive and non-invasive pressures, identification and recording of cardiac arrhythmias and cardiac output), the Critical Cardiology Unit carries out such procedures as inserting central arterial and venous catheters, defibrillation and electrical cardioversion, placement of transcutaneous or transvenous pacemakers, dialysis and ventilation procedures with noninvasive positive pressure.

The Critical Cardiology Unit retains two cardiologists ready to deal with any type of occurrence, 24 hours a day. Nurses, physiotherapists, nutritionists, technicians and assistant nurses trained to treat critically ill patients make up the staff in the Unit’s team.

The patients’ records and access to examination results are all computerized, which therefore, enables data to be obtained quickly and clearly.

I decided to give myself an SR break and came right back to the SOS (Same ol Shhht). I am so happy that I have been away because looking through these posts make my skin crawl. Always the same hate. I see I’m not the only one who thinks these posts are getting more and more WACK because the comments section look like it’s been on a diet lately. Very few comments (in comparison to the previous few months). Hmmm, I wonder why.

I agree with the one point that Charles said about having a procedure after 2 months is not safe. Your body is not completely back to normal and you do put yourself at risk. No comment on the death portion.

Anna, lol! Some people have really good genetics and can bounce back pretty quickly, honestly. I can attest to that and have seen it – BUT you are right, there are many that have tummy tucks right after giving birth, but I think those are the ones that have C-sections and it can be done at that moment depending on your physician.

Getting tummy tucks when your body isnt back to normal, what sense does that make, i bet she tried to get it done in america and they said NO so like any moron she siad OO a foron country so much smarter, why does it matter if you ar epregneant have a baby your body is going to change, instead of tkaing the easy way out wait do workouts and lose the fat its not that hard…… By her doing this she jeopardized her LIFE, Her kids could have lost their mom is it really worth it?

@ DivaMama, genetics you either love em or hate em. My aunt had two big ole water head boys and never got a stretch mark. The kids were so big she did have to have C sections but she only had the bikini cut scar.

Hello All. I too have noticed that this site isn’t as exciting as it used to be. At one time, there used to be hundreds commenting but now, only a few. Sandra, are you listening?

As far as Tameka and Usher, God I hope their kids didn’t inherit their noses. (Did I say that?) No disrespect intended, just commenting on the noses here. Folks talk about Michael’s nose ALL the time so I feel justified in talking about their noses. She should have gotten a nose job instead of lipo because she’s young enough to lose that extra stomach on her own but without help, that honker will stay the same. I’m just saying, for what it’s worth.

She pretty but Dumb as rocks – Lying to a doctor for such a dangerous procedure?…tsk tsk!…..just plain stupid. Plus I thought the doctors have routine check ups they have to do before saying they will go ahead with the surgery – HOT MESS

she did have a nose job a few weeks ago…about a week before she went to Sao Paulo. it was done here in Atlanta…can’t say which hospital (but i’m sure Sandra can find out herself). i don’t need nobody hunting me down talking about HIPAA violations!!

It wouldn’t have made a difference if she had the baby 2 months or 4 months ago. She was having a liposuction procedure done. They were not opening her abdomen up to perform complicated surgery. Just making a tiny incision and sucking out the fat that’s under her skin.

What am I, chopped liver? LOL. I know what you mean. I have not been in here long but HunE was too funny. I still don’t know what happened to Carmel Drop, Snooty started to visit again and stopped. ELover does not even come in here anymore. I know all did not get banned they just stopped clicking here. I have not seen Hermarosa(sp). What happended to Amulet? I am not spelling any names right but where the hell are they? If I did not have anything to say I could read hundreds of comments from just one post and it made me through my work day.
