Mechelle: Steve McNair Did Not Leave a Will

In addition to being an adulterer and a cheat, NFL legend Steve McNair was also lax in his responsibilities to his family. The 37-year-old former Titans quarterback obviously thought he was immortal so he didn’t bother to prepare a will.

According to the AP, his widow Mechelle, in court documents revealed McNair didn’t leave a will before being gunned down by his jumpoff two weeks ago.

A Nashville judge made Mechelle the administrator of McNair’s estate — ensuring that she and the two sons she bore McNair are well taken care of.

But where does that leave his other two sons by a previous relationship? And what about family members such as his distraught mother, Lucille? What if she didn’t get along with her daughter-in-law? Is she out in the cold?

Instead of chasing tail, maybe McNair should have been handling his business.

Hopefully she’ll do right by the family.

& after Mike I don’t really get the whole Will BS when, if once you are gone the court can override what you wanted done in the time of your death. That makes no damn sense.

God Bless them! So heartbreaking. I know alot of everyday folks don’t have wills but an NFL player should have def. had one I would think.

I hope she will make sure her step sons are taking care of as well.

So sad, their oldest son looks just like him. The gentlemen besides/behind(?) the lady in white looks like him too, I wonder is that one of his older sons. He left behind some nice looking young men and a beautiful wife. This is so sad!!!

In the first picture she look like nigga if you would have made I would get you myself. She does not seem to be paying any attention to his mom either. @ontoya and elove She already knew as well her hubby was cheating that’s my story and I am sticking to it..lol I don’t care what she says. As my mama said she didn’t want to know.

Either way that was her husband and father of her kids so I am sure she didn’t want him dead although he was a cheater.
