Marques Houston Takes Out Restraining Order On Raz-B

It looks like former B2K member Raz-B will have to use someone other than singer/actor Marques Houston to keep his name relevant.

According to RadarOnline.com, Mr. Houston, 29, obtained a restraining order today against Raz-B, real name De’Mario Monte Thornton, age 25.

In the court papers Houston wrote that Raz-B, who is gay, released a video recording on the web that featured Raz-B screaming at Houston.

“He has a deranged demeanor and is not acting like a reasonable person,” Houston wrote in the court documents.

“After I hung up on DeMario, he continued recording himself and falsely accused me of molesting him.” [link]

The restraining order was signed off by a judge in a Van Nuys, California. A hearing is set for November 22.

The means Raz-B is ordered to stay away from Houston and he can’t mention his name in print or online.

It’s about time someone took action against Raz-B, whose delusional rantings about rape and molestation have become less credible over the years.

If Raz-B was serious about being victimized he would use the proper channels to seek justice. Instead, he uses blogs and online social networks in a desperate effort to stay relevant.

As far as the topic, I kinda believe Raz B as far as Chris Stokes is concerned but Marques is only 3 years older than him plus he’s probably a victim as well and just didn’t want it out there cause of all the stigma around it. I just think that this whole ordeal is messy, sad, disturbing, & mind botteling. It is sad, b/c …well for starters none of us truly know. What we can assume and see clearly that Mr. Raz-B is suffering from something. In my opinion I do believe him. Futhermore, for his actions it is over shadowing the deep tormented pain that he is dealing with. Should he have gone about this in a professional manner? Yes! Sadly he took to youtube, media blogs, & released his music video shortly. These actions can be used against him. When one is mentally unstable, they can surely do things not in a clear manner. My apologies I haven’t read all comments yet. But I remember reading somewhere he said it occured when he was 13-17 yrs old. Liking it or not, that’s rape. That’s molestation. I honestly, feel bad for him. I think he’s deeply hurt and definitely mentally unstable. Possibly a direct result of what he had to deal with when he was a child. A young black boy gets rapes and he’s gay and he needs to man up. Riiiiiiight.
