Will Smith, right, and his son Jaden, 14, attended game 5 of the Eastern Conference semifinals NBA playoff game between the Miami Heat and Chicago Bulls on Wednesday at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida. The Heat defeated the Bulls 94-91 to advance to the Eastern Conference Finals game against either the Knicks or the Pacers. Indiana has a 3-1 lead over the hapless Knicks in their best-of-seven series. The elimination game is tonight at 8 p.m. EST on TNT.

Doctors cleared him Months ago and a dude got the exact same injury on the exact same day been playin for MONTHS.
Rose himself said he was just not “comfortable.”
But he been having full practices for at least 2 months and the coach said he looked great doin it.
I mean, it just seem like that nigga scared to play in a real game!
(I’m a Grant Hill and Penny Hardaway FANATIC so I never try to rush players back but DAYUM, kinda hard to defend that nigga)

Dr. Brian Cole performed the surgery on May 12 and said the recovery period is 8-12 months.
But maybe the players told D. Rose to sit out. How yall know he made the decision himself to sit out?

The DOCTORS cleared him (yeah, team doctors, I know)
The NBA has a LONG history of players taking less time (Shumpert/Ricky Rubio just this last season)
He was doin FULL practices and scrimmages.
I mean… he couldn’t give a few minutes in a game??? They didn’t need MVP Rose. Just a BODY towards the end of the season and in the playoffs. Come on dude…
